Claims (6)
- 2個の入力クラッチを介して各々のうちの一方に入力トルクが伝達される同心の中実の入力軸(1)及び中空の入力軸(2)と、
前記中実の入力軸(1)及び中空の入力軸(2)と同心の第1の中間軸(3)と、
前記中実の入力軸(1)及び中空の入力軸(2)と平行であり、かつ、同心でない軸であって、差動リングギアを直接駆動する駆動ピニオン(24)を支持する主出力軸(17)と、
前記中実の入力軸(1)及び中空の入力軸(2)と平行であり、かつ、同心でない副出力軸(11)と、
前記副出力軸(11)と同心の後進ギヤアイドルピニオン(16)と、
前記中空の入力軸(2)を前記後進ギヤアイドルピニオン(16)に接続する第2の中間軸(25)と、
前記後進ギヤアイドルピニオン(16)及び前記副出力軸(11)の接続を制御する後進ギア用クラッチ(28b)とを具備し、
変速段の前進ギアである各ギアは、入力トルクの伝達経路により4つのグループに分けることができ、
前記4つのグループのうち第1ギアを含む第1のグループでは、入力トルクが前記中実の入力軸(1)を介して前記主出力軸(17)に伝達され、
前記前進ギアの第2のグループでは、入力トルクが前記中空の入力軸(2)を介して前記主出力軸(17)に伝達され、
前記前進ギアの第3のグループでは、入力トルクが前記中実の入力軸(1)、前記副出力軸(11)及び前記第1の中間軸(3)を介して前記主出力軸(17)に伝達され、
前記前進ギアの第4のグループでは、入力トルクが前記中空の入力軸(2)、前記副出力軸(11)及び前記第1の中間軸(3)を介して前記主出力軸(17)に伝達され、
前記変速段の後進ギアでは、前記後進ギア用クラッチ(28b)により前記後進ギヤアイドルピニオン(16)が前記副出力軸(11)に接続され、入力トルクが前記中空の入力軸(2)、前記第2の中間軸(25)、前記後進ギヤアイドルピニオン(16)、前記副出力軸(11)及び前記中実の入力軸(1)を介して前記主出力軸(17)に伝達されることを特徴とする、変速機。 - 前記副出力軸(11)と同心であり、前記第1の中間軸(3)に固定されたピニオン(3a)と係合する下降ピニオン(13)を具備し、
前記前進ギアの第3及び第4のグループでは、前記副出力軸(3)のトルクが前記下降ピニオン(3a)を介して前記第1の中間軸(3)に伝達されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の変速機。 - 前記副出力軸(11)に固定されており、前記中実の入力軸(1)に固定されたピニオン(7)と係合する、前記前進ギアの第3グループのためのピニオン(12)と、
前記副出力軸(11)を前記下降ピニオン(13)に接続する、前記前進ギアの第3グループのためのクラッチ(28a)とを具備し、
前記前進ギアの第3のグループでは、前記中実の入力軸(1)からの入力トルクが前記副出力軸(11)と、前記前進ギアの第3のグループのためのクラッチ(28a)により前記副出力軸(11)に接続された前記下降ピニオン(13)とを介して、前記第1の中間軸(3)に伝達されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の変速機。 - 前記中空の入力軸(2)に固定されたピニオン(8)と係合する、前記前進ギアの第4グループのためのピニオン(14)と、
前記前進ギアの第4グループのためのピニオン(14)を前記下降ピニオン(13)に接続する、前記前進ギアの第4グループのためのクラッチ(29)とを具備し、
前記前進ギアの第4のグループでは、前記中空の入力軸(2)からの入力トルクが、前記前進ギアの第4のグループのためのピニオン(14)と、前記前進ギアの第4のグループのためのクラッチ(29)により前記前進ギアの第4のグループのためのピニオン(14)に接続された前記下降ピニオン(13)とを介して、前記第1の中間軸(3)に伝達されることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の変速機。 - 前記第2の中間軸(25)は、電気モータ(34)に連結された追加ピニオン(32)を支持することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の変速機。
- 請求項5に記載の変速機を含むハイブリッド変速機。
