Description
アルデヒド縮合生成物の固着剤の短所は、染色品の黄変か、又はこの固着剤が使用される前であっても、黄変してしまう(であろう)事実にある。この黄変性は、室温等の一般的な貯蔵条件下でさえも生じる場合がある。
ドイツ国特許第4401390号明細書(米国特許第5672674号明細書)は、ポリアクリル酸と組み合わせてスルフォ基含有芳香族ホルムアルデヒド縮合生成物を用いて、これらのテキスタイル材料を処理することによる、ポリアミド含有繊維材料に対する抗汚染仕上げ処理に関するものである。そして所望の順序を用いた処理か又は同時にこの2成分を用いた処理を実施する。
本発明の組成物、さらに任意にスルフォン化によって可溶化させる、ヒドロキシル基含有芳香族体を用いるアルデヒド縮合生成物が、安定化用の還元剤も含む場合、本発明の組成物を用いて処理する基材は、黄変しないか又はすぐには黄変しないことを見出した。
本発明のさらなる態様は、本発明に従う組成物を用いて処理する染色品、及び本発明に従う組成物を用いる染色品に関する方法にある。
原則として、さらに最大0.2モル%のナフタレンを、用いることもできる。
好ましいのは、ジヒドロジフェニルスルフォン類及びフェノール類、特に4,4’−ジヒドロキシジフェニルスルフォン類及びフェノールそれ自体である。
酸性条件下で調製するそれらのアルデヒド縮合生成物が、好ましい。
用いる安定化用の還元剤の量(あらかじめ生成した縮合生成物に基づき)は、0.05%〜20%、そして好ましくは0.2%〜5%の範囲にわたる。
任意にスルフォン化によって可溶化させる、ヒドロキシル基含有芳香族体を用いるアルデヒド縮合生成物の仕上げに、これらの還元剤種を、単なる混合によって添加することができる。これらの安定化用の還元剤種を、室温で撹拌によって導入することもできる。均一な混合物又は溶液が形成されるまで、撹拌を続ける。
還元剤の使用量(あらかじめ生成された縮合生成物に基づく)は、0.01%〜2%、そして好ましくは0.05%〜1%の範囲にわたる。10分〜5時間、20℃〜90℃で撹拌を伴い、漂白操作を行う。
スルフォン化フェノール−ホルムアルデヒド縮合生成物(Nylofixan MF2N fl k固着剤、Clariant(Switzerland)AG)100部を、亜ジチオン酸ナトリウム0.1部と混合し、50℃で1時間撹拌した。
スルフォン化フェノール−ホルムアルデヒド縮合生成物(Nylofixan MF2N fl k固着剤、Clariant(Switzerland)AG)100部を、アスコルビン酸0.5部と室温で混合し、そして均一になるまで撹拌した。
スルフォン化フェノール−ホルムアルデヒド縮合生成物(Nylofixan MF2N fl k固着剤、Clariant(Switzerland)AG)100部を、初めに亜ジチオン酸ナトリウム0.1部と混合し、50℃で1時間撹拌し、そして室温まで冷却した後、アスコルビン酸0.5部と室温で混合し、そして均一になるまで撹拌した。
延伸ループ状N6,6製ニット(Nylsuisse Artikel2044)100部を、脱塩水2000部、及び
a) 固着剤なし
b) 未処理の固着剤3部
c) 調製例1の生成物3部
d) 調製例2の生成物3部
e) 調製例3の生成物3部
を用いて、70℃で20分間、ラボ用染色機(Zeltex Polycolor)で処理し、その後、酢酸で4.0〜4.5のpHに調整した。
このニットを、冷水洗し、そして風乾した。
分光光度計で、基材の白色度及び黄変インデックスを決定した(表2参照)。
20:1の浴比で、pH6(酢酸を用いて調整)で、98℃において、45分間、C.I.Acid Yellow 49を0.3部含む染料配合物を用いて、ラボ用染色機内で、延伸ループ状N6,6製ニット(Nylsuisse Artikel 2044)100部を染色し、温水洗及び冷水洗し、そして風乾した。
その後、染色ニットを、脱塩水2000部、及び
a) 固着剤なし
b) 未処理の固着剤3部
c) 調製例1の生成物3部
d) 調製例2の生成物3部
e) 調製例3の生成物3部
を用いて、70℃で20分間、上述のように、ラボ用染色機(Zeltex Polycolor)で処理し、その後、酢酸で4.0〜4.5のpHに調整した。
このニットを、冷水洗し、そして風乾した。
全体の色差(CMC,Cielab 1976,D65/10)を、比色計で決定した(表2参照)。
20:1の浴比で、pH6(酢酸を用いて調整)で、98℃において、45分間、C.I.Acid Blue 72を1.7部含む染料配合物を用いて、ラボ用染色機内で、延伸ループ状N6,6製ニット(Nylsuisse Artikel 2044)100部を染色し、温水洗及び冷水洗し、そして風乾した。
その後、染色ニットを、脱塩水2000部、及び
a) 固着剤なし
b) 未処理の固着剤3部
c) 調製例1の生成物3部
d) 調製例2の生成物3部
e) 調製例3の生成物3部
を用いて、60℃で20分間、上述のように、ラボ用染色機(Zeltex Polycolor)で処理し、その後、酢酸で4.0〜4.5のpHに調整した。
このニットを、冷水洗し、そして風乾した。
ISO A04(近接するPA布帛の汚染度)に対し、この染色のアルカリ汗堅牢度(ISO E04)及び60℃の洗濯堅牢度(ISO105/C06 B2S)も、比色計を用いて決定した(表2参照)。
Claims (9)
- ヒドロキシル基含有芳香族体の、アルデヒドとの縮合生成物と、還元剤と、漂白剤とを含む、天然又は合成のポリアミド繊維材料に染料を固着させるための組成物であって、
前記還元剤が、エンジオールであり、
前記組成物が、それ自体、貯蔵安定性を有し、そして
前記組成物で染料を固着した繊維材料が、非黄変性を有する、
ことを特徴とする、前記組成物。 - 前記縮合生成物が、スルフォン化により可溶化された縮合生成物である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記エンジオールが、ヒドロキシマロンアルデヒド、アスコルビン酸、イソアスコルビン酸、ヒドロキシプロパンジオール、又は2,3−ジヒドロキシ−2−シクロペンテンオンである、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 前記エンジオールが、アスコルビン酸である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記漂白剤が、亜ジチオン酸塩である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を調製するための方法であって、
ヒドロキシル基含有芳香族体のアルデヒドとの縮合生成物の溶液を用意するステップ、そして
前記還元剤及び漂白剤を前記溶液に混ぜるステップ、
を含む、前記方法。 - 前記漂白剤の添加を、前記還元剤の添加に先行させるか、又は前記還元剤の添加に続かせ、そして前記縮合生成物を、前記還元剤及び漂白剤と一緒に撹拌する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 天然又は合成のポリアミド繊維材料に染料を固着させるための、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物、又は請求項6若しくは7に記載の方法によって得られる組成物の使用。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物、又は請求項6若しくは7に記載の方法によって得られる組成物で染料を固着させた天然又は合成のポリアミド繊維材料。
