経路Aに平行な第2の部分46であって、これに沿って各パドル43が前記開封具3をユニット21の下流に誘導する、第2の部分46;
第3の部分47であって、これに沿って各パドル43が前記開封具3から離脱する、第3の部分47;及び、
経路Aに対して傾斜している第4の部分48であって、これに沿ってパドル43が送り戻される、第4の部分48。
Claims (5)
- 注出可能な食品の密封された個々のパッケージに取り付けるための一連の開封具(3)の送り経路(A)に沿って作動するシークエンシング・ユニット(1)であって、
前記一連の開封具(3)を前記経路(A)に沿って送り出すために前記一連の開封具(3)と所定の速度で相互作用する押出し手段(25)と、
様々な幾何学的特性を有する開封具(3)を前記押出し手段(25)に対して所定の位置に維持するために、前記開封具(3)と相互作用し且つ可変構成である配置手段(29)と、を含み、
前記配置手段(29)が、前記経路(A)に交差する第1の方向(Y)において前記開封具(3)を前記押出し手段(25)に対して位置決めするために前記開封具(3)と協働するガイド(51、52)の第1の対(50)を有し、前記ガイド(51、52)が、各前記開封具(3)の幾何学的特性に適合するために互いに向かって及び互いから移動可能であり、
前記第1の対(50)の前記第1及び前記第2のガイド(51、52)間の前記第1の方向(Y)と平行に測定された距離が、前記経路(A)に沿って減少することを特徴とするユニット。 - 前記第1の対(50)が、前記ユニット(1)の固定部分に固定された第1のガイド(51)と、弾性手段(58)によって前記第1のガイド(51)に向かって負荷がかけられた第2のガイド(52)と、を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のユニット。
- 前記配置手段(29)が、前記第1の方向(Y)及び前記経路(A)に交差する第2の方向(X)において前記開封具(3)を前記押出し手段(25)に対して位置決めするために前記開封具(3)と協働するガイド(71、72)の第2の対(70)を有し、前記第2の対(70)の前記ガイド(71、72)が、各前記開封具(3)の幾何学的特性に適合するために互いに向かって及び互いから移動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のユニット。
- 前記第2の対(70)が、前記ユニット(1)の別の固定部分(73)に固定された第1のガイド(72)と、弾性手段(75)によって前記第2の対(70)の前記第1のガイド(72)に向かって負荷がかけられた第2のガイド(71)と、を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のユニット。
- ガイド(51、52)の前記第1の対(50)が、前記経路(A)に沿ってガイド(71、72)の前記第2の対(70)の上流に延在することを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載のユニット。
