Description
− 所望の投与量を設定するために操作可能な投与量設定機構であり、前記投与量設定機構の操作によってバネ部材にエネルギーが蓄積される投与量設定機構、
− 設定された投与量を注射器具を介してカートリッジから注入するために、注入される薬剤を収容するカートリッジ内に設置されたピストンと協働するピストンロッドを備える注射機構、
− 設定された投与量を電子的に検知する手段及び/又は注射された投与量を電子的に検知する手段、及び
− 設定された投与量及び/又は注射された投与量を表示する電子表示手段
によって電気容量Cが得られるため、コンデンサの電気容量は、円盤状部材間の相対的な角変位によっても変化する。

Claims (14)
- 薬剤の一投与量を注射するための注射器具(1)であって、
− 所望の投与量を設定するために操作可能である投与量設定機構であって、その操作によってバネ部材(9、24)にエネルギーが蓄積される投与量設定機構、
− 注射器具(1)を介してカートリッジから設定投与量を注入するために、注入される薬剤を収容するカートリッジ内のピストンと協働するピストンロッド(10)を備える注射機構であって、投与量設定中に前記バネ部材(9、24)に予め蓄積されたエネルギーを解放することによって駆動される前記注射機構、
− 設定された投与量を電子的に検知する手段(14、15a、15b、20a、20b、21、22、31、32)及び/又は注射された投与量を電子的に検知する手段(14、15a、15b、20a、20b、21、22、31、32)、及び
− 設定された投与量及び/又は注射された投与量をユーザに表示する電子表示手段(7)
を備え、
設定された投与量を電子的に検知する手段(14、15a、15b、20a、20b、21、22、31、32)及び/又は注射された投与量を電子的に検知する手段(14、15a、15b、20a、20b、21、22、31、32)が、2つの対向する角度方向に回転可能な可動部材(3、11、23、25、26、28)の運動を検知するように構成され、
前記可動部材(3、11、23、25、26、28)は、前記2つの対向する角度方向の1方向に作用するバネの力によって機械的にバイアスされている、注射器具。 - 設定された投与量を電子的に検知する手段(14、15a、15b、20a、20b、21、22、31、32)及び/又は注射された投与量を電子的に検知する手段(14、15a、15b、20a、20b、21、22、31、32)が、機械的なスイッチを使用して設定された投与量及び/又は注射された投与量を検知する、請求項1に記載の注射器具。
- 設定された投与量を電子的に検知する手段(14、15a、15b、20a、20b、21、22、31、32)及び/又は注射された投与量を電子的に検知する手段(14、15a、15b、20a、20b、21、22、31、32)が、注射器具の長手方向に沿って相互にほぼ一定の距離を置いて配置されている少なくとも2つのほぼ円盤状の部材(14、21、22、31、32)を備え、前記ほぼ円盤状の部材(14、21、22、31、32)は、投与量設定及び/又は注射時に、互いに対して回転運動することができ、前記ほぼ円盤状の部材(14、21、22、31、32)間の角変位は、設定された投与量及び/又は注射された投与量を示す、請求項1に記載の注射器具。
- 設定された投与量を電子的に検知する手段(14、15a、15b、20a、20b、21、22、31、32)及び/又は注射された投与量を電子的に検知する手段(14、15a、15b、20a、20b、21、22、31、32)が、電気容量を測定することによって設定された投与量及び/又は注射された投与量を検知する、請求項3に記載の注射器具。
- 注射器具が、設定された投与量を電子的に検知する手段(14、15a、15b、20a、20b)と、注射された投与量を電子的に検知する手段(14、15a、15b、20a、20b)の両方を備え、注射された投与量を電子的に検知する手段(14、15a、15b、20a、20b)が、設定された投与量を電子的に検知する手段(14、15a、15b、20a、20b)の一部を形成している、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の注射器具。
- バネ部材(9)がねじりバネである、又はねじりバネを備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の注射器具。
- 注射器具(1)の内側部分に位置するナット(12)を更に備え、前記ナット(12)が、投与量設定中及び注射中に、設定可能な最大投与量に相当する第1位置と、予め設定された投与量が完全に注射された状態に相当する第2位置の間を、注射器具の長手方向に沿って移動可能である、請求項6に記載の注射器具。
- バネ部材(24)が、圧縮バネであるか又は圧縮バネを備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の注射器具。
- 圧縮バネ(24)が、基本的に注射器具(1)の長さに沿って延びている、請求項8に記載の注射器具。
- 投与量設定中及び注射中に、注射器具の長手方向に沿って移動可能なバネ圧縮部材(25)を更に備え、前記バネ圧縮部材(25)が、圧縮バネ(24)に当接して位置し、投与量設定機構が操作されると注射器具(1)の長手方向に沿って移動して圧縮バネ(24)を圧縮するように投与量設定機構に操作可能に接続されている、請求項8又は9に記載の注射器具。
- バネ圧縮部材(25)は、予め設定された投与量が注射されると、当接部材(28)に回転可能に当接し、前記回転当接により更なる薬剤の注射が防止され、この回転当接は当接部材(28)及び/又はバネ圧縮部材(25)の回転運動によって得られる、請求項10に記載の注射器具。
- 投与量設定機構が、回転操作ができる投与量ノブ(3、23)を備えており、前記投与量ノブ(3、23)の回転運動によってバネ部材(9、24)にエネルギーが蓄積される、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の注射器具。
- バネ部材(9、24)によって前記バネの力を得ることができ、前記可動部材が、バネ部材(9、24)に蓄積されたエネルギーに応じて及び/又はバネ部材(9、24)から解放されたエネルギーに応じて運動するように、バネ部材(9、24)に接続している、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の注射器具。
- 投与量設定機構が、投与量設定中に個々のステップにおいて投与量設定部材(3、23)を位置決めするクリック機構を備えている、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の注射器具。
