Description
−好適な実施形態では椎骨に導入される、一部球形である頭部(2)を含むねじ柄部(1)。
−上方受け台(4)を有するバラ形部(3−3’−3”)であって、上方受け台から頭部(2)を押すような可撓性のある細長板(5)が下向きに延び、これによりねじ柄部(1)を固定し、系を所望の配向にする。
−2つの側方切欠き(7)と、一部球形で内部にバラ形カップ(3−3’−3”)が収容される下キャビティ(18)とを有するチューリップ形カップ(6)。
−他の固定具との連結部を構成し、側方切欠き(7)中に収容されるバー(8)。
−バー(8)が通過するための円形開口(10)を有し、チューリップ形カップ(6)外面上で軸方向に移動する固定キャップ(9)。
−固定キャップ(9)に関連付けられ、チューリップ形カップ(6)内側のねじ部(23)にねじ込まれ、バー(8)をバラ形カップ(3−3’−3”)に対して固定する塞ぎねじ(11)。
−ハンドル(101)、ハンドル(101)に取り付けられた基部(102)、および一方端が基部(102)に取り付けられ、他方端はコネクタ(104)で終端するロッド(103)。ロッド(103)は好適には六角形で塞ぎねじ(11)に適合可能。
−ブシュ(120)。基部(102)から長手方向に移動でき、この基部(102)を取り囲む基準リング(123)を覆うまたは露出させる。
−ブシュ(120)に接続される管(121)。ロッド(103)のほぼ全体を取り囲み、その周囲をハンドル(101)が基部(102)とロッド(103)とともに回転できる。
−コネクタ(104)に近接して管(103)を包みかつ管に接続される中央支持部(105)。
−側方切欠き(107)を有し中央支持部(105)に取り付けられるスリーブ(124)。図15に示すように固定具のバー(8)に嵌合するようになっている。
−図13に示すようなレバー(106)。
Claims (13)
- 椎骨固定具であって、
−椎骨に導入され、一部球形の頭部(2)を有するねじ柄部(1)と、
−上方受け台(4)を有し、ここから可撓性のある複数の細長板(5)が前記頭部(2)を取り囲んで下降し、前記頭部(2)を押し、前記ねじ柄部(1)を固定し、系を希望の配向にするバラ形カップ(3−3’−3”)と、
−2つの側方切欠き(7)と、ねじが切られた内側部分(23)と、下円錐壁(27)で終端し、一部球形で、内部に前記バラ形カップ(3−3’−3”)が収容される下キャビティ(18)と、を有するチューリップ形カップ(6)と、
−他の器具との連結部を構成し、前記側方切欠き(7)中に収容されるバー(8)と、
−前記バー(8)が通過できるようにする円形開口(10)を有し、前記チューリップ形カップ(6)の外面上を軸方向に移動する固定キャップ(9)と、
−前記固定キャップ(9)に関連付けられ、前記チューリップ形カップ(6)内側の前記ねじが切られた部分(23)にねじ込まれて、前記バー(8)を前記バラ形カップ(3−3’−3”)に対して固定する塞ぎねじ(11)と、
を含み、
前記バラ形カップ(3−3’−3”)は上方受け台(4)の上面に、当該上面の周縁(36)を縁とする円錐形のへこみ(35)を有し、前記バラ形カップ(3−3’−3”)の前記複数の細長板(5)はその下部が全体として前記チューリップ形カップ(6)の前記下円錐壁(27)に適合する円錐部(37)として形成され、
前記下円錐壁(27)は、チューリップ形カップ(6)の中心軸と同軸に配置された下向きに細くなる円錐側面の一部となっており、
前記円錐部(37)は、バラ形カップ(3−3’−3”)の中心軸と同軸に配置された下向きに細くなる円錐側面の一部となっており、
前記塞ぎねじ(11)によって押されると、前記バー(8)が前記バラ形カップ(3)を押圧し、前記ねじ柄部(1)の前記頭部(2)を押さえつけることを特徴とする椎骨固定具。 - 請求項1に記載の椎骨固定具において、前記固定キャップ(9)には内面に規定される互いに対向する突起(12)が組み入れられ、それぞれの前記突起(12)は前記円形開口(10)に隣接して位置し、前記チューリップ形カップ(6)の前記側方切欠き(7)よりもわずかに幅が狭く、前記固定キャップ(9)は前記チューリップ形カップ(6)上に嵌合し、前記固定キャップ(9)が移動して前記バー(8)を前記バラ形カップ(3−3’−3”)に対して調整する際に、前記側方切り欠き(7)に嵌合した前記突起(12)が前記固定キャップ(9)を軸方向に案内して、前記塞ぎねじ(11)の位置決めと前記チューリップ形カップ(6)の前記ねじが切られた部分(23)へのねじ込みを助けることを特徴とする椎骨固定具。
- 請求項1または2に記載の椎骨固定具において、前記バラ形カップ(3−3’−3”)は側面に上円筒部(32)と、円錐部(33)と、前記バラ形カップ(3−3’−3”)を前記ねじ柄部(1)から取り外すペンチを導入できる湾曲凹形部(34)とを有することを特徴とする椎骨固定具。
- 請求項1または2に記載の椎骨固定具において、前記バラ形カップ(3,3”)は、前記へこみ(35)の中央に設けられ、頂部が前記バー(8)と前記バラ形カップ(3,3”)間の接触点となるぎざぎざのある円錐突起(20)を有することを特徴とする椎骨固定具。
- 請求項1または2に記載の椎骨固定具において、前記バラ形カップ(3’)は、前記へこみ(35)の中央にブッシュ(30)が収容され、前記バラ形カップ(3’)の中心軸に沿って延びる幅広の開口(29)を有し、前記ブッシュ(30)は、前記バー(8)が前記バラ形カップ(3’)を押圧すると軸方向に移動でき、次いで前記ねじ柄部(1)の前記頭部(2)を押圧し、協働して前記頭部(2)を押さえつけ、これにより前記ねじ柄部(1)の位置を固定することを特徴とする椎骨固定具。
- 請求項1または2に記載の椎骨固定具において、前記バラ形カップ(3”)には中央内部突起(21)が組み入れられ、これが前記ねじ柄部(1)の前記頭部(2)に規定されるキャビティに嵌合して、前記バラ形カップ(3”)に対して前記ねじ柄部(1)の垂直位置を確立することを特徴とする椎骨固定具。
- 請求項3に記載の椎骨固定具において、前記チューリップ形カップ(6)は下キャビティ(18)の上に上円筒部(28)を有し、ここに前記バラ形カップ(3−3’−3”)の前記上円筒部(32)が案内されてくることを特徴とする椎骨固定具。
- 請求項2に記載の椎骨固定具において、前記固定キャップ(9)の外面はほぼ円形で、この円形の外面が、前記固定キャップ(9)の前記円形開口(10)がある側に位置する互いに対向した平らなへこみ(14)により中断され、このへこみにより前記固定具の前記バー(8)の軸方向の幅を減じて、同じバー(8)上に配置される隣接する他の固定具との接触を回避することを特徴とする椎骨固定具。
- 請求項2に記載の椎骨固定具において、前記固定キャップには直径方向に対向するフィン(15)が組み入れられ、前記フィン(15)は端が円形とされ、外側へ傾き、前記塞ぎねじ(11)の上部へ突き出し、前記塞ぎねじ(11)中に規定されたへこみ(19)を囲み、これにより前記固定キャップ(9)と前記塞ぎねじ(11)とを軸方向の移動時に連結し、かつ前記塞ぎねじ(11)を前記固定キャップ(9)に対して回転させることを特徴とする椎骨固定具。
- 請求項2に記載の椎骨固定具において、前記チューリップ形カップ(6)の外面はほぼ円形で、この円形の外面が、前記チューリップ形カップ(6)の前記側方切欠き(7)がある側に位置する第1の互いに対向した平らなへこみ(13)により中断され、これにより前記固定具の前記バー(8)の軸方向の幅を減じて、同じバー(8)上に配置される隣接する他の固定具との接触を回避することを特徴とする椎骨固定具。
- 請求項10に記載の椎骨固定具において、前記チューリップ形カップ(6)の外面は、円形の止め部(25)で輪郭が規定される、第1の平らなへこみ(13)に対して直交方向に位置する他の平らなへこみ(24)をさらに有することを特徴とする椎骨固定具。
- 請求項2に記載の椎骨固定具において、前記チューリップ形カップ(6)は互いに対向する内歯(16)を有し、前記内歯(16)は前記バー(8)が間に保持される前記側方切欠き(7)の空間中へわずかに貫入し、これにより前記バー(8)のすべりに対する抵抗を大きくすることを特徴とする椎骨固定具。
- 請求項12に記載の椎骨固定具において、前記チューリップ形カップ(6)の前記内歯(16)と前記内側のねじが切られた部分(23)との間に、これらを連続的に繋ぐように円錐部(17)が設けられ、連続的に繋ぐことで前記チューリップ形カップ(6)に強度を与え、これにより前記塞ぎねじ(11)の貫入時に前記チューリップ形カップ(6)が開いてしまう傾向を抑えることを特徴とする椎骨固定具。
