Description
Claims (11)
- 染料、水、および有機溶媒を含む材料系から染料を除去するための装置であって、
・材料系を冷却するための装置を含む第一容器;
・ポンプ;
・少なくとも一つの第一フィルター;
・活性炭を含む少なくとも一つの精製容器;
・第二容器
を順に含む装置であって、前記第一容器、精製容器、および第二容器が、染料を吸収しない材料で作製されており、材料系を冷却するための装置が、材料系の温度を、染料の少なくとも一部を沈殿させるのに十分な程度まで低下させ、少なくとも一つの第一フィルターが、沈殿した染料を取り除く、装置。 - 少なくとも一つの精製容器と第二容器との間に、第二フィルターを更に含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 第二容器がプローブを含む、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 第一フィルターが最大25ミクロンの大きさの孔を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 冷却装置が、材料系の温度を少なくとも20℃だけ低下させる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 二つまたはそれより多くの精製容器が使用され、互いに並列して配置されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一つの第一フィルターの後ろでかつ少なくとも一つの精製容器の前に設置される流量計を更に含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 活性炭の後ろでかつ第二容器の前に設置される熱交換器を更に含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 第二容器の後に第二ポンプを更に含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 二つまたはそれより多くの第一フィルターが使用され、それらが互いに並列して配置されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記第一容器、精製容器、および第二容器の各々が、ステンレス鋼で作製されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
