Description
まず、本実施形態に係る超音波接合装置を用いて製造される吸収性物品1の構成について、図面を参照しながら説明する。図1は、本実施形態に係る吸収性物品1を示す斜視図である。
次に、本実施形態に係る吸収性物品の製造方法について、図面を参照しながら説明する。図2は、本実施形態に係る吸収性物品の製造方法の一部を説明するための図である。
接合工程S5は、超音波接合装置100によって施される。本実施形態に係る超音波接合装置100の構成について、図面を参照して説明する。図3は、図2に示す接合工程S5を矢印Fに沿ってみた図である。図4は、機械方向MDの下流側から超音波接合装置100をみた側面図である。説明のため、図4には、中間体ウェブ6を記載していない。
次に、図5を用いて、アンビル200の構成を説明する。アンビル200は、台座210と、凸部220,230を有する。台座210は、回転ドラム110の外周面112の取付位置112aに設けられる。凸部220は、台座210の表面210aから回転ドラム110の法線方向Hに突出している。凸部220は、台座210の表面210aに沿ってライン状に交差方向CDに亘って形成される。
次に、アンビルの別の実施形態について説明する。以下では、上述した実施形態と同様の作用を有する構成要素には、同一の番号を付けて詳細な説明は省略する。
図7に示すアンビル202は、台座210の表面210aに形成された切込部280によって台座210が台座211と台座212とに分断されている。また、凸部220は、凸部221と凸部222とに分断されている。凸部230は、凸部231と凸部232とに分断されている。
図8に示すアンビル203は、台座210は一体であるが、凸部220,230が切込部261,271によって分断される。このような場合でも、超音波ホーン120から発生された振動がアンビル203において干渉し合うことを低減する効果が得られる。これにより、アンビル又は周辺の部材の交換時期が短くなることを防止できる。従って、製造コストの増加を抑えることができる。
図9に示すアンビル204は、凸部220,230が切込部261,271によって分断される。台座210には、凸部220,230を分断した切り込みに連続し、法線方向Hとは反対の方向に沿って延びる切込部281が形成される。凸部220,230が切込部260,270によって分断されるとともに、台座210にも切込部281が形成されるため、超音波ホーン120から発生された振動がアンビル204において干渉し合うことを低減する効果が高められる。これにより、アンビル又は周辺の部材の交換時期が短くなることを防止できる。従って、製造コストの増加を抑えることができる。
図10に示すアンビル205は、回転ドラム110の回転方向Rに直交する切込部290によって台座210が分断されている。すなわち、アンビル205は、回転方向Rに先行する側に配置される台座213と後側に位置する台座214とに分断されている。図10に示すアンビル205によれば、超音波ホーン120から発生された振動がアンビル205において干渉し合うことを低減することができる。これにより、アンビル又は周辺の部材の交換時期が短くなることを防止できる。従って、製造コストの増加を抑えることができる。
図5に示すアンビル200は、凸部220,230を備えなくてもよい。図11に示すアンビル206では、複数の突起部240,250は、台座210の表面210aに形成される。台座210には、突起部の突出方向とは反対の方向に沿って延びる切込部291が形成される。
図12に示すアンビル207は、切込部292によって、台座210が分断されている。すなわち、アンビル207は、台座216と台座217とを有する。
上述した実施形態では、超音波ホーン120は、1つの超音波振動子によって超音波振動が発生されるものであるとして説明した。しかし、超音波ホーン120は、複数備えられていてもよい。
上述したように、本発明の実施形態を通じて本発明の内容を開示したが、この開示の一部をなす論述及び図面は、本発明を限定するものであると理解すべきではない。この開示から当業者には様々な代替実施の形態、実施例及び運用技術が明らかとなろう。
Claims (6)
- 外周面にアンビルが設けられた回転ドラムと、
超音波振動を出力する複数の超音波ホーンと
を備え、
前記回転ドラムの回転軸は、製造工程の流れ方向に沿った機械方向に直交する交差方向に平行であり、
前記回転ドラムと前記超音波ホーンとが第1ウェブと第2ウェブとが重ねられた中間体ウェブを挟んで対向して配設されており、
前記機械方向に搬送される前記中間体ウェブの所定領域を前記アンビルと前記超音波ホーンとで挟むことにより、前記所定領域に超音波接合を施す超音波接合装置であって、
前記アンビルは、
前記回転ドラムの法線方向に突出し、ライン状に前記交差方向に亘って形成される凸部と、
前記凸部から前記法線方向に沿って突出する複数の突起部と
を有し、
前記凸部には、前記突起部の突出方向とは反対の方向に沿って延びる切り込みが形成され、
前記切り込みは、前記凸部を複数の前記超音波ホーンのそれぞれに対応する領域に区画する超音波接合装置。 - 前記アンビルは、前記回転ドラムの外周面に着脱可能に設置され、
前記回転ドラムの外周面の表面から前記回転ドラムの法線方向に突出し、ライン状に前記交差方向に亘って形成される台座を有し、
前記凸部は、前記台座の表面に形成されている請求項1に記載の超音波接合装置。 - 前記凸部は、前記切り込みによって分断されている請求項2に記載の超音波接合装置。
- 前記台座には切り込みが形成されており、前記凸部を分断した前記切り込みと連結される請求項2に記載の超音波接合装置。
- 前記アンビルは、前記回転ドラムの外周面から前記回転ドラムの法線方向に突出し、ライン状に前記交差方向に亘って形成される台座を有し、
前記凸部は、前記台座の表面に形成されており、
前記凸部の前記交差方向の一方の端部は、他方の端部よりも回転方向先行側に設けられる請求項1に記載の超音波接合装置。 - 外周面にアンビルが設けられた回転ドラムと、
超音波振動を出力する複数の超音波ホーンと
を備え、
前記回転ドラムの回転軸は、製造工程の流れ方向に沿った機械方向に直交する交差方向に平行であり、
着用者の前胴回りに対応する前胴回り部と、着用者の後胴回りに対応する後胴回り部と、着用者の股下に対応する股下部と、前記股下部の側部に開口する脚周り開口部とを備える吸収性物品の前記前胴回り部を構成する第1ウェブと、前記後胴回り部を構成する第2ウェブとが重ねられた中間体ウェブを挟んで、前記回転ドラムと前記超音波ホーンとが対向して配設されており、
前記機械方向に搬送される前記中間体ウェブの所定領域を前記アンビルと前記超音波ホーンとで挟むことにより、前記所定領域に超音波接合を施す吸収性物品の製造装置であって、
前記アンビルは、
前記回転ドラムの法線方向に突出し、ライン状に前記交差方向に亘って形成される凸部と、
前記凸部から前記法線方向に沿って突出する複数の突起部とを有し、
前記凸部には、前記突起部の突出方向とは反対の方向に沿って延びる切り込みが形成され、
前記切り込みは、前記凸部を複数の前記超音波ホーンのそれぞれに対応する領域に区画する吸収性物品の製造装置。
