Claims (4)
- 被測定物に照射光を照射し、前記被測定物からの反射光又は透過光を受光し、受光して得た情報から、測定に必要な複数の特定波長において、各特定波長における短波長側の波長及び長波長側の波長の各吸光度を求め、これら複数の吸光度を用いて、前記短波長側の波長及び長波長側の波長を説明変数、前記吸光度を目的変数とし、前記特定波長ごとに2次以上の回帰式を求め、該各回帰式にそれぞれ対応する前記特定波長の値を代入して前記各特定波長における吸光度を算出することを特徴とする分光分析装置における吸光度の算出方法。
- 請求項1に記載の算出方法において、該算出方法で求める前記回帰式を微分し、微分した回帰式にそれぞれ対応する前記特定波長の値を代入して前記各特定波長における微分吸光度を算出することを特徴とする分光分析装置における微分吸光度の算出方法。
- 同一構造又は同一製品の複数の分光分析装置において、
該分光分析装置の少なくとも一つを基準機とし、
前記基準機にて請求項1に記載の算出方法により複数の特定波長の吸光度を求め、
該吸光度を使用して検量線を作成し、
該検量線を基準機とは別の前記分光分析装置に搭載し、前記分光分析装置にて測定して得る吸光度の情報から被測定物の特定成分を前記検量線により算出する際に、
前記分光分析装置においても請求項1に記載の吸光度の算出方法により前記特定波長の吸光度を求め、該吸光度を使用することを特徴とする分光分析装置の機体差補正方法。 - 同一構造又は同一製品の複数の分光分析装置において、
該分光分析装置の少なくとも一つを基準機とし、
前記基準機にて請求項2に記載の算出方法により複数の特定波長の微分吸光度を求め、
該微分吸光度を使用して検量線を作成し、
該検量線を基準機とは別の前記分光分析装置に搭載し、前記分光分析装置にて測定して得る微分吸光度の情報から被測定物の特定成分を前記検量線により算出する際に、
前記分光分析装置においても請求項2に記載の微分吸光度の算出方法により前記特定波長の微分吸光度を求め、該微分吸光度を使用することを特徴とする分光分析装置の機体差補正方法。
