Uvitex OB:Ciba Specialty Chemicalsからの2,2’-(2,5-チオフェニジル)ビス[5-tert−ブチルベンゾオキサゾール]
クマリン:Sigma-Aldrichからの7-ジエチルアミノ-4-メチルクマリン
トランス-スチルベン:Sigma-Aldrichからのトランス-1,2-ジフェニルエチレン
キニーネ:Sigma-Aldrichからの(8-アルファ、9R)-6’-メトキシシンコナン-9-オル
フルオレセイン(遊離酸):Sigma-Aldrichによって流通されている2-(6-ヒドロキシ-3-オキソ-(3H)-キサンテン-9-イル)安息香酸
フルオレセインナトリウム塩:Sigma-Aldrichからの二ナトリウム6-ヒドロキシ-3-オキソ-9-キサンテン-o-ベンゾエート
ピラニン 10G:Keystone Anilineからの8-ヒドロキシ-1,3,6-ピレントリスルホン酸三ナトリウム塩
ピラニン 10Gは、接着剤が湿潤している時に、紫外線光の下で、SIS、SBS、SEBS、SEEPS、EVA、およびAPAO系親水性熱溶融型接着剤を光らせることができる。接着剤を親水性にするためには、親水性SIS系熱溶融物であるH20069以外の下記の表4に記載された各接着剤に、5%のモノステアリン酸グリセロールを混合させる。
H20069は、Bostik Inc.から入手可能な親水性のSIS系熱溶融型接着剤である。
H4244は、Bostik Inc.から入手可能なSBS系熱溶融型接着剤である。
AFX-085Aは、Bostik Inc.から入手可能なSEBS系熱溶融型接着剤である。
H6040は、Bostik Inc.から入手可能なSEEPS系熱溶融型接着剤である。
H1750は、Bostik Inc.から入手可能なEVA系熱溶融型接着剤である。
H3257は、Bostik Inc.から入手可能なAPAO系熱溶融型接着剤である。

Claims (21)
- 以下の原料の混成物を含む、熱溶融型酸塩基湿潤性指示接着剤組成物であって、
a. 10乃至80重量%の量のポリマーまたは複数のポリマーの混成物と、
b. 20乃至70重量%の量の粘着付与樹脂または複数の粘着付与樹脂の混成物と、
c. 0乃至30重量%の量の界面活性剤または複数の界面活性剤の混成物と、
d. 0乃至50重量%の量の可塑剤または複数の可塑剤の混成物と、
e. 0乃至50重量%の量の蝋または複数の蝋の混成物と、
f. 0乃至5重量%の量の安定剤または抗酸化剤と、
g. 0乃至5重量%の量の酸塩基湿潤性指示剤または複数の酸塩基湿潤性指示剤の混成物と、
h. 湿潤時のみ蛍光を発し、乾燥時には発しない、0.001乃至10重量%の量の蛍光剤または複数の蛍光剤の混成物と、
を含み、前記原料が、合計100重量%の組成物になる、
組成物であって、
前記蛍光剤が、8-ヒドロキシ-1,3,6-ピレントリスルホン酸三ナトリウム塩である、組成物。 - 前記酸塩基湿潤性指示剤が、液体と接触するとpHの変化に応答して色を変化させる酸塩基指示薬、液体との接触に応答して色を変化させる色素、およびそれらの混成物から成る群より選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記酸塩基指示薬が、スルホンフタレインpH指示薬、モノアゾ色素、モノアゾピラゾリン色素、ジアゾ色素、両性アントラキノン色素、両性アントラキノン色素、トリフェニルメタン色素、フタレイン型色素、キサンテン色素、複素環アクリジン芳香族、ジフェニルメタン色素、トリフェニルメタン色素、カチオン性チアジン色素、カチオン性アントラキノン色素、フタロシアニン型色素、四級化フタロシアニン型色素、カチオン性ポリメチン色素、アントラキノン型色素、中性錯体色素、テルペン型色素、およびそれらの混成物から成る群から選択される、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記色素が、ニトロ色素、モノアゾ色素、ジアゾ色素、フタロシアニン色素、キノリン色素、キサンテン色素、トリアリルメタン色素、インジゴイド色素、植物性色素、食用色素、およびそれらの混成物から成る群から選択される、水溶性色素である、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記蛍光剤が、アクリジン色素、シアニン色素、キサンテン色素、ピレン色素、ベンゾオキサゾール色素、フルオランテン色素、キニーネ色素、およびそれらの混成物から成る群から選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記蛍光剤が、フルオレセインである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記蛍光剤が、二ナトリウム6-ヒドロキシ-3-オキソ-9-キサンテン-o-ベンゾエートである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記蛍光剤が、紫外線光に曝露されると蛍光を発する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記蛍光剤が、可視光に曝露されると蛍光を発する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記可視光が、赤色光、橙色光、黄色光、緑色光、青色光、藍色光、紫色光、およびそれらの組み合わせから成る群より選択される、請求項9に記載の組成物。
- 前記蛍光剤が、赤外線光に曝露されると蛍光を発する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記蛍光剤が、水溶性である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリマーが、水溶性である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリマーは、エチレン酢酸ビニル(EVA)、スチレン-イソプレン-スチレン(SIS)ブロックコポリマー、スチレン-ブタジエン-スチレン(SBS)ブロックコポリマー、スチレン-エチレン-ブチレン-スチレン(SEBS)ブロックコポリマー、スチレン-エチレン/エチレン-プロピレン-スチレン(SEEPS)ブロックコポリマー、高密度ポリエチレン、低密度ポリエチレン、化学修飾ポリエチレン、スルホン化ポリエステル、ポリビニルピロリドン/酢酸ビニルコポリマー、非晶質ポリアルファオレフィン、エチレン/スチレンインターポリマー(ESI)、メタロセン触媒化APAO、ポリビニルメチルエーテル、およびポリエチレングリコールポリマーから成る群から選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記粘着付与樹脂が、天然ロジン、修飾ロジン、ロジンエステル、ポリテルペン樹脂、天然テルペンのコポリマー、天然テルペンのターポリマー、フェノール修飾テルペン樹脂、オリゴマーアミドエステル樹脂、脂肪族石油炭化水素樹脂、芳香族石油炭化水素樹脂、およびそれらの水素化誘導体から成る群より選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記界面活性剤が、非イオン性界面活性剤、カチオン性界面活性剤、またはアニオン性界面活性剤である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記非イオン性界面活性剤が、アルキルアミンとアミド、アルカノアミンとアミド、アミンオキシド、エトキシ化脂肪アルコール、エトキシ化脂肪酸、エトキシ化アルキルフェノール、エトキシ化アミンとアミド、エトキシ化脂肪エステルと油、グリセリドとそれらの誘導体、ソルビタン誘導体、ショ糖とグルコース誘導体から成る群より選択される、請求項16に記載の組成物。
- 前記界面活性剤が、グリセロールのモノまたはジ脂肪酸エステルである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記可塑剤が、液体ポリエチレングリコールおよびジベンゾエートエステルから成る群より選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ジベンゾエートエステルが、ジエチレングリコールジベンゾエートである、請求項19に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、タルク、炭酸カルシウム、シリカ粘土、雲母、珪灰石、長石、ケイ酸アルミニウム、アルミナ、アルミナ水和物、ガラス微小球、セラミック微小球、熱可塑性微小球、重晶石、および木粉から成る群から選択される、充填剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
