Claims (14)
- 管状ハウジング(1)と、少なくとも1つのリング(2、2’)とを含むアセンブリであって、
前記少なくとも1つのリング(2、2’)は、少なくとも部分的に前記ハウジング(1)内に設けられ、
前記少なくとも1つのリング(2、2’)は、前記リング(2、2’)の拡張時、前記ハウジング(1)に圧入され、
前記リング(2、2’)は、円錐状の内周面(5、5’)を備え、
前記ハウジング(1)に隣接する前記リング(2、2’)の外周面上に歯付き部(4、4’)が設けられる点において特徴付けられる、アセンブリ。 - 前記ハウジングはラックハウジング(1)であり、ラック(10)を収容する機能を有する点において特徴付けられる、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記歯付き部(4、4’)は、前記リングの軸方向に延びるねじ山として構成される点において特徴付けられる、請求項1から2のいずれか1つに記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記ハウジング(1)に圧入された前記歯付き部(4、4’)は、前記ハウジング(1)の少なくとも1つの開口部から距離を空けて配置される点において特徴付けられる、請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記リング(2、2’)は、少なくとも前記歯付き部(4、4’)の領域において、前記リング(2、2’)に隣接する前記ハウジング(1)の領域における材料よりも高い硬度の材料によって構成される、点において特徴付けられる、請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記リング(2、2’)は、少なくとも前記歯付き部(4、4’)の領域において硬化されている点において特徴付けられる、請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記リング(2、2’)は工具鋼から作製される点において特徴付けられる、請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記ハウジング(1)は実質的にスチール製である点において特徴付けられる、請求項1から7のいずれか1つに記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記ラック(10)は、前記ハウジング(1)内に少なくとも部分的に配置される点において特徴付けられる、請求項2に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記リング(2、2’)には、前記ハウジング(1)の開口部の縁部上に支持されたカラー(7)が設けられる点において特徴付けられる、請求項1から9のいずれか1つに記載のアセンブリ。
- 少なくとも1つのリング(2、2’)を管状ハウジング(1)内に少なくとも部分的に組み立てる方法であって、
配置工程であって、前記少なくとも1つのリング(2、2’)を前記ハウジング(1)内に少なくとも部分的に配置する、工程と、
拡張工程であって、前記リング(2、2’)を拡張する工程と、
を含み、
前記拡張工程は、前記リング(2、2’)の円錐状の内周面(5、5’)に作用する円錐状の押圧ツールによって実施され、
前記ハウジング(1)に隣接する前記リング(2、2’)の外周面上に配置される歯付き部(4、4’)が、前記ハウジング(1)に圧入される点において特徴付けられる、方法。 - 前記配置工程に先行する硬化工程によって特徴付けられ、前記硬化工程において、少なくとも前記歯付き部(4、4’)の領域において前記リング(2、2’)が硬化される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記歯付き部(4、4’)は、前記リングの軸方向において延びるねじ山として構成される点において特徴付けられる、請求項11又は12に記載の方法。
- 前記拡張工程時において前記ハウジング(1)の拡張が防止される点において特徴付けられる、請求項11から13のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
