Description
Claims (7)
- 固定子(3)と回転子(2)とを備える電動装置(1)であって、前記電動装置は好ましくは、発電機、モータなど、特に遠心機モータであり、前記回転子、特にモータ軸(2)は、前記固定子(3)に対して少なくとも1つの軸受(6)を通して回転可能に支持され、前記固定子(3)と前記回転子(2)との間に少なくとも1つの減衰装置(11)が設けられ、前記減衰装置は少なくとも1つの減衰要素(12)を含み、前記減衰要素(12)はエラストマ材料を含み、支持体(4)は、前記減衰要素(12)の膨張のための空間(17)を含み、前記空間は、前記減衰要素(12)の周方向および径方向内向きの方向に延在するくぼみとして構成され、前記減衰要素(12)が変形した際に周方向に前記支持体(4)に接触しない幅を有し、前記減衰装置(11)は、前記固定子(3)と前記回転子(2)との間に予荷重を与えるように構成され、前記減衰装置(11)は、前記予荷重を選択的に調節するように構成され、前記減衰要素(12)は、前記回転子(2)の前記軸受(6)用支持体(4)と前記軸受(6)との間に配置される、電動装置(1)。
- 前記減衰装置(11)は、前記固定子(3)に対する前記回転子(2)の軸方向の振動を減衰するように構成される、請求項1に記載の機器(1)。
- 前記減衰要素(12)は、フッ素ゴム、パーフルオロゴム、ポリウレタンを含む、請求項1または2に記載の機器(1)。
- 前記減衰要素(12)は環状に構成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の機器(1)。
- 前記減衰装置(11)は、前記回転子(2)に配置され、かつ前記軸受(6)で支持される、クランプスリーブ(13)である予荷重要素を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の機器(1)。
- 前記予荷重要素と前記回転子との間にねじ切り接続部が設けられ、または前記予荷重要素(13)はねじ切り要素(14)に配置され、ねじ切り接続部(18)は前記ねじ切り要素(14)と前記回転子(2)との間に設けられる、請求項5に記載の機器(1)。
- 前記回転子(2)のために第2の軸受(7)が設けられ、前記第2の軸受は前記回転子(2)のための軸方向止め部を設け、前記止め部は前記軸受(7)と前記回転子(2)に取付けられるリング要素(8)との間に構成される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の機器(1)。
