Description
(b−1)500g/molから3000g/mol未満の範囲の数平均分子量を有するポリオール、好ましくはポリエーテルポリオール
(b−2)3000g/molから8000g/molの範囲の数平均分子量を有するポリオール、好ましくはポリエーテルポリオール
(b−3)400g/mol未満の分子量を有する鎖延長剤
から選択される1種又は複数種の構成成分を含む。
織物基材層:この例では、基材層は、1層又は複数層の、同一の又は異なる、互いに固く結び付いたパイル織物、例えば目の細かい、又は粗いメッシュ状織物、編物、組物、網織物(網布)からなり得る。
バット基材層:シート状構造が、不規則に配置された繊維(例には、フェルト及び繊維ウェブがある)で構成され、好ましくは、結合剤によって結合されていてよい。バット基材層は、通常、水不溶性含浸剤を用いて固められるセルロース又は生地バットである。
繊維基材層:製品が、緩く不規則に配置された繊維で構成され、結合剤として使用されるプラスチックにより固められる。これらは、例えば、8〜40質量%の結合剤を用いて皮革繊維(好ましくは皮革くず、例えばベジタブルタンドレザーから得られる)を付着させることによって、得られる。
フォイル基材層:(好ましくは均一な)フォイルを含む製品が、金属又はプラスチック、例えばゴム、PVC、ポリアミド、インターポリマーで構成される。フォイル基材層は、好ましくは、組み込んだ繊維を含んでいない。
以下の投入材料を使用した:
トップコート1:DMF中のMDI−ポリエーテルをベースとした線状ポリウレタン
トップコート2:脂肪族イソシアナート及びポリエーテルをベースとした水性ポリウレタンコーティング
イソシアナート1:56mgKOH/gのOH価を有するモノメリックMDI及びポリテトラヒドロフランをベースとしたプレポリマー
ポリオール1:56mgKOH/gのOH価を有するポリテトラヒドロフラン
ポリオール2:112mgKOH/gのOH価を有するポリテトラヒドロフラン
ポリオール3:28mgKOH/gのOH価を有する、出発分子としてグリセロールをベースとしたポリエチレン酸化物−co−エチレン酸化物
鎖延長剤(CE):1,4−ブタンジオール
触媒1(Cat.1):Jeffcat DPA
触媒2(Cat.2):10質量%のジエチレングリコール中の、酸でブロックしたジアザビシクロウンデセン
脱泡剤:MSA antifoam
整泡剤:Dabco DC193
使用される配合物は以下の通りであった(質量部で):
(Favini BHT Naraという剥離紙をホットプレートで表面温度70℃に加熱する。約50マイクロメートルの厚さのコーティング層を、商用として通常のスプレーガンを使用して塗布する。コーティングは、水150mlと混合したAstacin(登録商標)PRという水性脂肪族PU分散剤500ml、BASFのLepton(登録商標)black NBという色素製剤50ml及びBASFのAstacin Harter CTというカルボジイミド系硬化剤30mlからなる。硬化剤を、混合物へと加える前に、可溶性を高めるために水100ml中で懸濁した。噴霧後、コーティング層を約3分間乾燥させる。その後、ポリウレタン反応系Aの厚さ約400マイクロメートルの層を、25℃に温度管理し、ロボット誘導のスプレーミキシングヘッドを使用して塗布する。PU反応系を噴霧塗布した直後、Baiksan0.8mmを生地基材として、わずかな圧力下で途中まで硬化したポリウレタンに塗布する。続いて、ポリウレタンを、ホットプレート上において70℃で約15分直接硬化させる。その後、最終的な合成皮革を剥離紙から剥がす。
(連続的方法)
剥離紙(Favini(登録商標)BHT Nara)は、合成皮革製品のための連続する装置を、8m/分の速度で移動する。商用として通常のスプレーガンを使用して、厚さ約50マイクロメートルのコーティング層を剥離紙に塗布した。コーティングは、水150mlと混合した水性の脂肪族PU分散剤(BASF(登録商標)Astacin PR)500ml、黒色素製剤(BASF Lepton(登録商標)schwarz NB)50ml、及びカルボジイミド系硬化剤(BASF Astacin(登録商標)Harter CT)30mlからなる。硬化剤を、混合物へと加える前に、可溶性を高めるために、水100ml中で懸濁した。コーティング層を、コーティングの塗布後に材料を搬入するオーブン中で乾燥させ、そこで約3分留まらせる。その後、厚さ約400マイクロメートルのポリウレタン反応系層(MDIプレポリマー及びPTHFポリオールをベースとする、25℃で温度管理)を、ロボット誘導のスプレーミキシングヘッドを使用して塗布する。続いて、材料を100度に温度管理したオーブンに入れ、わずか約90秒後にそこから戻す。その後、生地基材(Baiksan(登録商標)0.8mm Softlin S 100)をわずかな圧力下で依然として途中まで硬化したPUに塗布する。続いて、ポリウレタンを、第3のオーブン中にて120度で硬化させ、4分後にオーブンから戻す。その後、最終的な合成皮革を剥離紙から剥がすことができる。
Claims (16)
- トップコート、ポリウレタン層及び任意選択の基材層を含む合成皮革を製造する方法であって、前記方法が
i)剥離層を供給する工程、
ii)1層又は1層を超えるトップコートの層を、トップコートの全層厚が1から500μmの範囲になるまで、剥離層に塗布する工程、
iii)イソシアナート成分(A)及びポリオール成分(B)を含む第1のポリウレタン系成分をトップコートに塗布して、第1のポリウレタン層を形成する工程であり、第1のポリウレタン系成分のイソシアナート指数が101から140の範囲である工程、
iv)任意に、さらなるポリウレタン系成分を、第1のポリウレタン層に塗布して、さらなるポリウレタン層を形成する工程、
v)任意に、ポリウレタン系成分に基材層を付着させる工程、
vi)ポリウレタン系成分を硬化させて、ポリウレタン層を形成する工程、ならびに
vii)トップコートから剥離層を分離する工程
を含み、
第1の、及び任意のさらなるポリウレタン層の全体の厚さは、0.01から20mmの範囲であり、ポリウレタン系成分が溶媒を含まないことを特徴とする方法。 - 連続的方法としての請求項1に記載の方法。
- トップコートが、水性ポリウレタン分散剤をベースとしたトップコートである請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- ポリウレタン層が、0.1から10ミリメートルの範囲の全体の厚さを有する請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ポリウレタン系成分の1層又は1層を超える層が、発泡剤(c)を含む請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ポリウレタン系成分の1層又は1層を超える層が、充填剤(d)を含む請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ポリウレタン系成分が、イソシアナート成分(A)として、4,4’−MDIとポリテトラヒドロフランとの反応により得られるポリイソシアナートプレポリマーを含む請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ポリオール成分(B)が、ポリテトラヒドロフランを含む請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ポリオール成分(B)が、ポリテトラヒドロフラン及び1,4−ブタンジオールを含む請求項8に記載の方法。
- ポリウレタン系成分(A)及び/又は(B)が、成分(A)及び(B)の全体の質量に基づいて、ポリテトラヒドロフランを40質量%から70質量%含む請求項8及び9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ポリウレタン系成分(A)及び/又は(B)が可塑剤を含む請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ポリウレタン系成分が、ブレードコーティングにより塗布される請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 熱的に活性化できる触媒(e)が使用される請求項12に記載の方法。
- ポリウレタン系成分が噴霧により塗布される請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法により得られる合成皮革。
- 履物の甲材として、請求項15に記載の合成皮革を使用する方法。
