Description

本発明の実施例の目的は、代替的なマトリクス回路基板、ディスプレイ装置および/またはマトリクス回路基板を製造するための方法を提供することである。本発明の実施例の利点は、より軽量かつ薄型の構造を形成するための、新規の構造設計による狭い縁領域である。
この実施例の利点は、凹部における導電性材料とのさらなる接続を側部から行うことが容易になることである。この実施例のさらなる利点は、基板の機械加工および処理中に導電性材料と凹部の壁との間の係合解除のリスクが減少することである。
