Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る駐車支援装置を搭載した車両の一部構成を示すブロック図である。車両は、コントローラ1、カメラ2a,2b,2c,2d、舵角センサ3、車輪速センサ6、空間認識センサ7、入力インターフェース8、表示部9、車両制御ECU10及びアクチュエータ11を備えている。また、本実施形態における駐車とは、空き駐車スペースに向けて移動し、空き駐車スペースに停車することをいう。自動車においては、駐車場内の駐車スペースに、自動車を止める為に、空き駐車スペースに移動し、空き駐車スペースに停車することをいう。また、本実施形態における駐車支援制御とは、乗員に自車両の周囲の空き駐車スペースを駐車目標として表示する制御や、駐車目標までの駐車操作方法を乗員に報知する制御、駐車目標までの駐車を自動で行う自動駐車を実行する制御等が含まれる。
次に、本実施形態に係る駐車支援装置による駐車目標設定処理の手順を図5A及び図5Bのフローチャートを参照して説明する。図5に示す駐車目標設定処理は、自動駐車が開始されるとスタートする。
以上詳細に説明したように、本実施形態に係る駐車支援方法では、検出された空き駐車スペースが第1支援画像を表示するための表示条件を満たしているか否かを判定する。そして、自車両の乗員によって駐車目標を手動で調整可能なモードに設定されている場合に、表示条件を満たしていない空き駐車スペースに第1支援画像を表示する。これにより、予め定めた表示条件を満たさない駐車スペースであっても、空き駐車スペースの位置を示す第1支援画像を表示して利用することができるようになる。

Claims (9)
- 移動体の周囲の空き駐車スペースを検出し、前記移動体の上方から見た周囲画像に、前記空き駐車スペースの位置を示す第1支援画像を表示し、表示された前記第1支援画像を用いて駐車目標を設定する駐車支援装置の駐車支援方法において、
検出された前記空き駐車スペースが前記第1支援画像を表示するための表示条件を満たしているか否かを判定し、
前記移動体の乗員によって前記駐車目標を手動で調整可能なモードに設定されている場合に、前記表示条件を満たしていない前記空き駐車スペースに、前記第1支援画像を表示し、
前記表示条件を満たしていない前記空き駐車スペースの中で、前記表示条件に近い空き駐車スペースと前記表示条件から遠い空き駐車スペースで前記第1支援画像の表示形態が異なることを特徴とする駐車支援方法。 - 前記表示条件を満たす空き駐車スペースがない場合に、前記表示条件に最も近い空き駐車スペースに前記第1支援画像を表示することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駐車支援方法。
- 前記空き駐車スペースを検出できなかった場合には、前記調整可能なモードにより、前記移動体の乗員が手動で前記第1支援画像を設定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駐車支援方法。
- 前記移動体が停止していない時に、前記移動体の周囲の空き駐車スペースを検出した場合、前記周囲画像における前記空き駐車スペースの位置とは異なる位置に、前記空き駐車スペースを検出したことを示す第2支援画像を表示することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の駐車支援方法。
- 前記第2支援画像を表示している時に、前記移動体が停止した場合、前記第2支援画像を、前記第1支援画像に切り替えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の駐車支援方法。
- 前記移動体の周囲の空き駐車スペースを検出した場合、前記移動体の自動駐車により駐車する駐車目標を、前記第1支援画像を用いて設定することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の駐車支援方法。
- 駐車スペースへの駐車制御を実行する過程において、駐車制御の駐車目標を修正するリアルタイム補正が実行可能で前記表示条件を満たしていない前記空き駐車スペースに駐車制御を実行する場合には、前記リアルタイム補正における駐車目標への目標修正量を、前記表示条件を満たす前記空き駐車スペースに駐車制御を実行する場合より小さくすることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の駐車支援方法。
- 駐車スペースへの駐車制御を実行する過程において、駐車制御の駐車目標を修正するリアルタイム補正が実行可能で前記表示条件を満たしていない前記空き駐車スペースに駐車制御を実行する場合には、前記リアルタイム補正を禁止することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の駐車支援方法。
- 移動体の周囲の空き駐車スペースを検出し、前記移動体の上方から見た周囲画像に、前記空き駐車スペースの位置を示す第1支援画像を表示し、表示された前記第1支援画像を用いて駐車目標を設定する駐車支援装置において、
検出された前記空き駐車スペースが前記第1支援画像を表示するための表示条件を満たしているか否かを判定し、
前記移動体の乗員によって前記駐車目標を手動で調整可能なモードに設定されている場合に、前記表示条件を満たしていない前記空き駐車スペースに、前記第1支援画像を表示する表示制御回路を備え、
前記表示制御回路は、前記表示条件を満たしていない前記空き駐車スペースの中で、前記表示条件に近い空き駐車スペースと前記表示条件から遠い空き駐車スペースで前記第1支援画像の表示形態が異なるように表示することを特徴とする駐車支援装置。
