Description

Claims (10)
- 異なる容器タイプを充填するためのシステムであって、
各々が流動性材料を保持するための形状、外観、開口、及び容積を有する、複数の第1の容器と、
各々が流動性材料を保持するための形状、外観、開口、及び容積を有する、複数の第2の容器であって、前記第2の容器の各々の前記形状、外観、及び前記容積の1つ以上は、それぞれ前記第1の容器の各々の前記形状、外観、及び前記容積の1つ以上と異なる、該複数の第2の容器と、
を備え、当該システムは、
送路システムと、
前記送路システムに沿って配置された少なくとも2つのユニット操作ステーションであって、少なくとも1つのユニット操作ステーションは、第1の容器及び/又は第2の容器内に流動性材料を分配するように構成された充填ユニット操作ステーションを含む、該少なくとも2つのユニット操作ステーションと、
前記送路システムに沿って推進可能な複数の搬送体と、
を更に備え、
前記第1の容器の1つ以上、及び前記第2の容器の1つ以上は、それぞれの搬送体上に配置されて、容器積載搬送体を形成し、複数の容器積載搬送体が存在し、前記第1の容器の前記1つ以上、及び前記第2の容器の前記1つ以上は、それぞれの搬送体上に最初に配置されることになるときに空であり、
前記複数の容器積載搬送体が、同一又は異なるユニット操作ステーションへの前記第1の容器及び前記第2の容器の同時配送を容易にするように前記送路システムに沿ってルーティング可能であり、
前記送路システムが、
閉ループを形成する1次経路を画定する1次運送部と、
前記1次運送部から延在し、かつ進入場所及び退出場所で前記1次経路と交差する2次経路を画定する、2次運送部と、
を含み、
前記2次運送部が、少なくとも1つのユニット運送セグメントを含み、
前記ユニット操作ステーションの1つは、前記少なくとも1つのユニット運送セグメントに沿って配置され、
前記充填ユニット操作ステーションは、流動性材料を、前記第1の容器の1つ以上、及び前記第2の容器の1つ以上の中に分配するための複数の独立制御可能なノズルを含むことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記送路システムは、リニア同期モータシステムであり、前記搬送体は、磁石を含み、前記搬送体は、電磁力を使用して前記送路システムに沿って推進可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも2つのユニット操作ステーションは、流動性材料を、第1の容器及び/又は第2の容器内に分配するように構成された複数の充填ユニット操作ステーションを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 異なるタイプの容器を同時に充填する方法であって、
(a)請求項1に記載のシステムを提供するステップと、
(b)第1の空容器を、搬送体に積載して第1の容器積載搬送体を形成するステップと、
(c)第2の空容器を、搬送体に積載して第2の容器積載搬送体を形成するステップと、
(d)前記第1の容器積載搬送体を、前記第1の容器内に流動性材料を分配するために充填ユニット操作ステーションに送るステップと、
(e)前記第2の容器積載搬送体を、前記第2の容器内に流動性材料を分配するために充填ユニット操作ステーションに送るステップと、
(f)流動性材料を前記第1の容器内に分配し、及び流動性材料を前記第2の容器内に分配するステップと、
を含み、前記第1及び第2の容器内に分配する前記ステップは同時に起こることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1の空容器及び前記第2の空容器は、異なる搬送体上に積載され、及び流動性材料を前記容器内に分配するために同一充填ユニット操作ステーションに送られ、充填ユニット操作ステーションは、流動性材料を同時に2つ以上の容器内に分配するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の空容器及び前記第2の空容器は、異なる搬送体上に積載され、及び流動性材料を前記容器内に分配するために異なる充填ユニット操作ステーションに送られることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2の容器は、異なるサイズであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2の容器は、異なる形状であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2の容器は、同一流動性組成物によって充填されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 異なるタイプの容器を同時に充填する方法であって、
(a)請求項1に記載のシステムを提供するステップと、
(b)第1の空容器及び第2の空容器を同一搬送体上に積載して容器積載搬送体を形成するステップと、
(c)流動性材料を2つ以上の容器内に同時に分配するように構成された充填ユニット操作ステーションに前記容器積載搬送体を送るステップと、
(d)流動性材料を前記第1の容器内、及び流動性材料を前記第2の容器内に分配するステップと、
を含み、前記第1及び第2の容器内に分配する前記ステップは同時に起こることを特徴とする方法。
