Claims (11)
- 中空糸フィルタモジュールの筐体端を鋳造形成するための遠心機台であり、遠心軸の周りに回転可能である遠心機台において、前記遠心機台は、遠心軸を中心として回転するように構成された台座と、少なくとも2つの軸受け部材を含み、この軸受け部材は、鋳造形成が行われる中空糸フィルタモジュールの筐体を保持するために前記遠心軸に対して直径方向に配置されるものであり、さらに、前記軸受け部材は各々、前記遠心軸に平行な軸受け軸の周りで前記台座に対して回転可能な状態で前記台座に保持され、
各軸受け部材は、複数の異なる形状の受け部構造を含む軸受け頭部を含み、前記受け部構造は、それぞれ異なる筐体を受け入れるように構成され、
前記軸受け部材をそれぞれ前記軸受け軸の周りで回転させることにより、前記異なる形状の受け部構造を互いに対して配置して、それぞれ異なる種類の筐体を受け入れることができることを特徴とした遠心機台。 - 少なくとも2つの前記軸受け部材のうち少なくとも1つの前記軸受け部材は、各々対応する軸受け軸に対する角度位置をスナップ位置決めにより固定することが可能な方法で保持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心機台。
- 前記軸受け部材は各々軸受け軸ピンを有し、これにより、前記軸受け部材は、前記台座上に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の遠心機台。
- 前記軸受け部材は各々軸受け頭部を有し、前記軸受け頭部は各々、対応する数の外壁を有し、前記外壁は、それぞれ前記軸受け軸に対して接平面を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の遠心機台。
- 前記軸受け頭部は、対応する軸受け軸を横切る面の断面が、四角形、六角形、或いは八角形であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の遠心機台。
- 前記軸受け頭部は、違った種類の筐体を受容するため、軸受け軸の周りを回転することにより、複数の異なる形状の受け部構造から一つ選択して適用するように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心機台。
- 前記受け部構造は、直径方向に沿って、対応する軸受け軸に対して互いに反対側に位置し、かつ、あらかじめ決められた寸法を有する筐体を受容するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の遠心機台。
- 少なくとも一つの前記軸受け部材は、空気圧式、電気式、または油圧式の動力にて駆動されることにより、その軸受け軸に対して回転可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれかに記載の遠心機台。
- いくつかの軸受け部材は、それぞれが動作可能に連携した状態で駆動されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8のいずれかに記載の遠心機台。
- 4個、6個、または8個の軸受け部材を有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9のいずれかに記載の遠心機台。
- 前記複数の異なる形状の受け部構造が、前記台座から離れるように形成された前記軸受け頭部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10のいずれかに記載の遠心機台。
