Claims (3)
- 熱可塑性合成樹脂よりなる管体同士を突き合わせて溶融樹脂により一体に接続する方法であって、対向端面を突き合わせ状に直接、接合した管体の接合部の外周面に金型装置を構成する複数個の分割金型を管体の周方向に組み合わせて被せることによりこれらの分割金型の内面に設けている湾曲面を周方向に連続させて管体の外周面に被嵌させると共に、各分割金型の上記湾曲面の中央部に周方向に設けている凹溝を周方向に連続させて管体同士を突き合わせた接合端部の周囲にリング状の空間部を形成し、この状態にして分割金型に内蔵している加熱手段により分割金型を加熱すると共に外部からこの分割金型の上記空間部内に溶融樹脂を注入、充填して内周面を管体同士の上記リング状空間部に面した上記接合端部の外周面に融着させたリング状の補強突条を形成する合成樹脂管体の接続方法であり、
上記管体の対向端面の外周部に、互いに接合した際にV字状の開先となり且つ上記管体の内周面に達していない傾斜端面が形成されていると共に、
上記リング状空間部内に熱風を供給して上記管体同士の接合端部の外周面を加熱または溶融させ、しかる後、上記リング状空間部内に溶融樹脂を充填することを特徴とする合成樹脂製管体の接続方法。 - 管体の対向する端部内周面間に、外周面が管体の内周面に密嵌するパイプを挿嵌していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合成樹脂製管体の接続方法。
- 接続すべき管体はポリエチレン系樹脂製であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合成樹脂製管体の接続方法。
