Description
Claims (14)
- 自動注射デバイスであって、
近位端および遠位端を備えるハウジングと、
針、注射器本体、およびプランジャーを含む注射器であって、前記針を前記ハウジングの前記遠位端に向かって移動させるように、前記注射器が、前記ハウジング内で第1の位置から、前記第1の位置の遠位にある第2の位置に移動可能であり、前記プランジャーが、前記針を通して前記注射器本体から薬物を放出するように、前記注射器本体に対して移動可能である、前記注射器と、
突出部および曲線表面を備える遠位表面を有するシャトルであって、前記曲線表面が、アンダーカット領域を画定するように前記突出部から延在し、前記遠位表面の少なくとも一部が、潤滑剤注射材料で作られている、前記シャトルと、
従動子本体およびラッチを有する従動子であって、前記ラッチが、前記従動子本体に対して且つ前記シャトルの前記突出部に対して移動可能である、前記従動子と
を備え、
前記従動子は、前記ラッチが前記突出部の上に付勢的に結合されている結合構成を有し、
前記プランジャーが遠位に移動すると、前記ラッチが前記突出部から係合解除され、それにより前記従動子は前記結合構成から分離構成になり、前記分離構成においては、前記ラッチが前記突出部を通過し且つ前記曲線表面とスライド係合し、前記従動子が前記シャトルに対して回転可能であり、
前記従動子が回転すると、前記シャトルが、前記注射器を引き込むように、前記ハウジングの前記近位端に向かって移動する、前記自動注射デバイス。 - 前記ラッチが、突出部を有する端を備えた片持ち式アームを備える、請求項1に記載の自動注射デバイス。
- 前記突出部が、真っ直ぐな前表面および湾曲した後表面を有し、前記従動子が前記結合構成にあるときに、前記真っ直ぐな前表面が、前記突出部と接触し、前記従動子が前記分離構成にあるときに、前記湾曲した後表面が、前記曲線表面と接触する、請求項2に記載の自動注射デバイス。
- 前記潤滑剤注射材料が、シリコーンを含む、請求項1に記載の自動注射デバイス。
- 前記シャトル全体が、前記潤滑剤注射材料で作られている、請求項1に記載の自動注射デバイス。
- 前記従動子が前記結合構成にあるときに、前記シャトルと前記従動子との間で圧縮される、ばね(155)をさらに備え、前記ばね(155)により、前記プランジャーが、前記針を通して前記注射器本体から薬物を放出するように、前記注射器本体に対して移動する、請求項1に記載の自動注射デバイス。
- 前記従動子が前記結合構成にあるときに、前記ばねにねじり予荷重が加えられる、請求項6に記載の自動注射デバイス。
- 前記従動子が所定の回転角度だけ回転された後、前記シャトルが、前記ハウジングの前記近位端に向かって移動可能である、請求項1に記載の自動注射デバイス。
- 前記注射器本体が、薬物を含む、請求項1に記載の自動注射デバイス。
- 互いに別個であり且つ共に連結されている第1の部品および第2の部品、を含む注射器キャリアをさらに備え、
前記第1および第2の部品の各々が、近位フランジ表面、遠位フランジ表面、前記近位フランジ表面と前記遠位フランジ表面との間の円周丸壁、ならびに、前記近位フランジ表面、前記遠位フランジ表面、および前記円周丸壁の間に位置するギャップを備え、
前記注射器本体の一部が、前記ギャップ内に受け入れられ、前記シャトルが、近位移動中に前記注射器キャリアと係合可能である、請求項1に記載の自動注射デバイス。 - 前記注射器キャリアが、クッションを含み、前記近位フランジ表面および前記遠位フランジ表面が、前記クッションよりも高い材料硬度を有する、請求項10に記載の自動注射デバイス。
- 前記注射器本体が、注射器本体フランジを含み、前記クッションが、前記注射器本体フランジと接触している、請求項11に記載の自動注射デバイス。
- 前記クッションが、前記注射器フランジの下で前記注射器本体に接触する少なくとも1つの突出部を含み、前記少なくとも1つの突出部が、前記第1および第2の部品の各々の前記クッションの内側半径方向表面の端に隣接して配置されている、請求項12に記載の自動注射デバイス。
- 付勢部材(275)をさらに備え、
前記付勢部材(275)により、前記従動子が前記シャトルに対して回転する、請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載の自動注射デバイス。
