Description
Claims (10)
- 上下方向を向く中心軸を中心とするシャフトと、
前記シャフトを回転可能に支持する軸受機構と、
前記軸受機構の径方向外側に位置する電機子と、
前記軸受機構および前記電機子が固定されたブラケットと、
前記シャフトに接続された有蓋円筒状のロータと、を備え、
前記ロータが、
前記シャフトに接続された円板状のロータ蓋部と、
前記ロータ蓋部の外縁部から下方に延びるロータ側壁部と、
前記電機子の径方向外側にて前記電機子と径方向に対向し、前記ロータ側壁部の内周面に間接的または直接的に固定されたロータマグネットと、
前記ロータ蓋部の下面に接続され、前記ロータ蓋部の中央部から径方向外方へと延びる送風板部と、を備え、
前記ブラケットが、
外周面に前記電機子が固定されるとともに内周面に前記軸受機構が固定される円筒部と、
前記円筒部の下端部から径方向外方に延びるブラケット底部と、
前記ブラケット底部の外周部から上方に延びるブラケット側壁部と、を備え、
前記円筒部よりも径方向外側に位置し、前記ブラケットを貫通するインレットと、
前記送風板部よりも径方向外側に位置し、前記ロータを径方向に貫通するアウトレットと、が設けられ、
前記アウトレットが、径方向外方に向かうに従って下方へと向かい、
前記アウトレットの径方向の外端部の上端が、径方向の内端部の下端よりも下側に位置する、モータ。 - 前記インレットが、前記ブラケット底部を上下方向に貫通する、請求項1に記載のモータ。
- 前記インレットが、前記ブラケット側壁部を径方向に貫通する、請求項1または2に記載のモータ。
- 前記アウトレットが、前記ロータ側壁部に配置され、前記ロータマグネットよりも上側に位置する、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載のモータ。
- 前記ロータが、前記ロータ側壁部の下端部から径方向外方かつ下方に延びるロータ拡径部をさらに備え、
前記ロータ拡径部の外周面の水平方向に対する傾斜角度が、前記アウトレットの水平方向に対する傾斜角度以上である、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載のモータ。 - 前記ロータ側壁部が樹脂製であり、
前記ロータが、前記ロータマグネットと前記ロータ側壁部との間に位置するロータヨークをさらに備える、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載のモータ。 - 前記送風板部が、前記ロータ蓋部の下面に放射状に配置される複数の送風板を備え、
前記複数の送風板のそれぞれが、前記ロータ蓋部の中央部から径方向外方へと延びる、請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載のモータ。 - 前記送風板部の径方向の内端部が、前記電機子のコイルの内周部よりも径方向内側に位置し、
前記送風板部の径方向の外端部が、前記電機子の前記コイルの外周部よりも径方向外側に位置し、
前記送風板部の前記内端部および前記外端部が、前記送風板部の前記内端部と前記外端部との間の中央部よりも下方に延びる、請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つに記載のモータ。 - 前記ロータ蓋部と前記ロータ側壁部との接続部の内面が、径方向外方に向かうに従って下方へと向かう傾斜面であり、
前記アウトレットの径方向の内端部が、前記傾斜面よりも下側に位置する、請求項1ないし8のいずれか1つに記載のモータ。 - 請求項1ないし9のいずれか1つに記載のモータと、
前記シャフトの上端部に取り付けられるインペラと、を備え、
前記インペラが、前記ロータの上側から下方へと風を送る、軸流ファン。
