Claims (15)
- 天然心臓弁を置換するためのシステムであって、
心臓弁プロテーゼ(60)を支持するように構成された複数のコイル(22)として形成された拡張可能らせん状アンカー(12)であって、前記コイルのうちの少なくとも1つが、通常は第1の直径にあり、らせん状アンカー(12)内からの径方向外方力を印加されると、より大きな第2の直径に拡張可能である、拡張可能らせん状アンカー(12)と、
前記らせん状アンカー(12)内に送達され、前記複数のコイル(22)の内部で拡張されて前記少なくとも1つのコイルと係合することが可能であり、それにより前記第1の直径から前記第2の直径へと前記少なくとも1つのコイルを動かしつつ、前記らせん状アンカー(12)および前記心臓弁プロテーゼ(60)を共に固定する、拡張可能心臓弁プロテーゼ(60)であって、血液流入端部および血液流出端部を含む、拡張可能心臓弁プロテーゼ(60)と、

前記らせん状アンカー(12)に係合するシール層(84、90)であって、前記らせん状アンカー(12)内への前記心臓弁プロテーゼ(60)の植込み後に前記心臓弁プロテーゼ(60)を通過する血液漏れを防止するように構成された、前記拡張可能心臓弁プロテーゼ(60)上のシール層(84、90)をさらに備え、
前記心臓弁プロテーゼ(60)の前記血液流出端部が、植込み後の心臓内の組織構造体に対する損傷を防止するための緩衝体(80)を備え、前記緩衝体(80)が、前記シール層(84、90)で覆われた内層(82)を含み、前記シール層(84、90)が、前記心臓弁プロテーゼ(60)の流出部分を覆っていることを特徴とする、システム。 - 前記らせん状アンカー(12)は、前記心臓弁プロテーゼ(60)が前記複数のコイルの内部で拡張されることによって、より大きな直径からより小さな直径へと動く別のコイルを備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記シール層(84、90)が、前記らせん状アンカー(12)を通るおよび前記心臓弁プロテーゼ(60)を通過する血液漏れを防止するために隣接し合うコイル(22)間に延在する部分を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記らせん状アンカー(12)が形状記憶材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記らせん状アンカー(12)が、前記らせん状アンカー(12)内への前記心臓弁プロテーゼ(60)の植込み後に前記らせん状アンカー(12)の少なくとも2つのコイル間に延在する膜またはパネル(202)をさらに備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記血液流入端部および血液流出端部のうちの少なくとも一方が、非フレア状であり、ほぼ円筒形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記血液流出端部が、径方向に外方にフレア状をなしていることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 隣接し合うコイル(22)のうちの少なくとも1つによる天然心臓弁との係合を防止するのに十分な間隙(91)が、前記隣接し合うコイル間に画定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記間隙(91)が、前記らせん状アンカー(12)の隣接し合うコイル部分に対して非平行に延在する前記らせん状アンカー(12)のコイル部分によって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記拡張可能心臓弁プロテーゼ(60)が、本体(66)および弁葉(62、64)を含み、前記本体(66)が開ステント構造体を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記内層(82)が発泡体で作製されていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記シール層(84)が、前記流出部分の内側および外側で上方に延在し、前記拡張可能心臓弁プロテーゼ(60)を通過して前記らせん状アンカー(12)の前記複数のコイル(22)を通る血液漏れを防止していることを特徴とする、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記シール層(84)が繊維で作製されていることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 繊維層(92)が、前記拡張可能心臓弁プロテーゼ(60)の流入部分の内側を取り囲み、前記シール層(90)が、前記繊維層(92)まで、前記拡張可能心臓弁プロテーゼ(60)の流出部分の内側を囲み、前記シール層(90)が生体材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記シール層(90)が心膜組織を含むことを特徴とする、請求項14に記載のシステム。
