Description
Claims (6)
- 振動発生部及び振動受部のいずれか一方に固定可能な固定部と、前記固定部とともに開口を形成している掛け渡し部とを有している、ブラケットと、
振動発生部及び振動受部の他方に取付可能であるとともに前記ブラケットに形成された前記開口に取り付けられている取付部材と、
前記取付部材に取り付けられているとともに前記開口の内側で軸線方向に延びている弾性軸部と、を備え、
前記取付部材は、前記弾性軸部を周方向に取り囲む周壁部を有しており、
前記周壁部は、周方向の少なくとも一か所に、軸線方向に延びている凹部を有している、防振装置であり、
前記防振装置はさらに、前記弾性軸部が一体に形成されている弾性体を備えており、
前記ブラケットと前記取付部材とは、前記弾性体が前記ブラケットの前記開口内に圧入されていることによって、前記弾性体を介して互いに嵌合しており、
前記凹部は、前記周壁部が周方向に連なるように形成されており、前記周壁部は、周方向において、前記凹部が形成されている部分と、当該凹部が形成されてない部分とを有しており、また、
前記凹部は、前記ブラケットの前記固定部の延在方向において前記弾性軸部を挟んで互いに対向する2か所の位置に配置されている、第1凹部と、前記ブラケットの前記固定部に対して前記弾性軸部を挟んで対向する位置に配置されている、第2凹部と、を含んでおり、
前記第1凹部の底面と、前記第2凹部の底面とは、それぞれ、前記周壁部の先端であり、
前記周壁部のうちの、前記凹部が形成されていない部分の当該周壁部の先端を基準としたときに、前記第1凹部の軸線方向の当該第1凹部の前記底面までの長さと、前記第2凹部の軸線方向の当該第2凹部の前記底面までの長さとは、互いに異なっている、防振装置。 - 前記凹部は、前記周壁部が周方向で分断されるように形成されている、請求項1に記載された防振装置。
- 前記第1凹部の軸線方向の長さは、前記第2凹部の軸線方向の長さより長い、請求項1又は2に記載された防振装置。
- 前記弾性体は、前記周壁部及び前記凹部を覆っている、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載された防振装置。
- 前記弾性体は、軸線方向に直交する方向において前記固定部側に延びる、2つの脚部を有しており、
前記ブラケットと前記取付部材とは、前記弾性体の前記2つの脚部が前記ブラケットの前記開口内に圧入されていることによって、前記弾性体を介して互いに嵌合している、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載された防振装置。 - 前記弾性軸部の軸線方向の先端には、連結部が設けられており、
前記ブラケットの軸線方向の先端には、連結用孔が設けられており、
前記ブラケットと前記取付部材とは、前記連結用孔に前記連結部をねじ結合することによって、連結されている、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載された防振装置。
