Claims (19)
- 包装材料であって、コア層(201、201’、401、501)と、前記包装材料(200、200’、400、500)で作られた包装容器の外部に面するように配置された最外層(202、202’、402、502)と、前記包装容器の内部に面するように配置された最内層(203、203’、403、503)とを含み、前記最外層(202、202’、402、502)及び前記最内層(203、203’、403、503)は、前記コア層(201、201’、401、501)に積層される、包装材料において、前記最内層(203、203’、403、503)上に配置された局所的に適用されたヒートシール可能材料部分(204、204’、404、504)をさらに含み、
前記ヒートシール可能材料部分(204、204’、404、504)は、前記最内層(203、203’、403、503)に向かって増加する幅を有する断面を有し、
前記ヒートシール可能材料部分(204、204’、404、504)は、前記包装容器の横断方向シール(TS)の位置に対応するシーリング領域に配置される、
包装材料。 - 前記ヒートシール可能材料部分(204、204’、404、504)は、前記最内層(203、203’、403、503)に接着される、請求項1に記載の包装材料。
- 前記包装材料は、四角形形状を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の包装材料。
- 前記ヒートシール可能材料部分(203、203’、403、503)の厚さは、2~50μm、好ましくは3~30μm、例えば3~20μm又は5~20μm、最も好ましくは5~15μmである、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の包装材料。
- 前記ヒートシール可能材料部分は、三角形又は切頭三角形の形状を有する断面を有する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の包装材料。
- 前記ヒートシール可能材料部分は、非対称形状を有する断面を有する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の包装材料。
- 前記ヒートシール可能材料部分(204、204’、404、504)の長さは、横断方向シーリング領域の全体に沿って延在する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の包装材料。
- 前記ヒートシール可能材料部分は、横断方向シーリング領域の全体に沿って変化する断面を有するように配置される、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の包装材料。
- 前記ヒートシール可能材料部分は、横断方向シーリング領域の全体に沿った所定の位置においてより多い量のポリマー材料を提供する断面を有する、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の包装材料。
- より多い量のヒートシール可能材料は、横断方向シーリング領域の全体に沿って前記包装材料の長手方向縁に近い位置に適用される、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の包装材料。
- 前記局所的に適用されたヒートシール可能材料部分の熱可塑性ポリマーのシール開始温度、すなわち軟化温度、例えばビカットポイント又はガラス温度(Tg)及び/若しくは融解温度(Tm)は、前記最内層の熱可塑性ポリマーの対応するシール開始温度未満である、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の包装材料。
- 前記ヒートシール可能材料部分(204、204’、404、504)は、ポリオレフィン及びポリエステルからなる群から選択される熱可塑性ポリマーで作られる、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の包装材料。
- 前記コア層(201、201’、401、501)と前記最内層(203、203’、403、503)との間に配置された遮蔽層(205’)をさらに含む、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の包装材料。
- 前記コア層(201、201’、401、501)は、セルロース系材料、例えば紙又は板紙である、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の包装材料。
- 包装材料(200、200’、400、500)から包装容器を作製するための方法であって、
最内層(203、203’、403、503)及び最外層(202、202’、402、502)をコア層(201、201’、401、501)に積層すること(610)により、前記包装材料を提供するステップと、
ヒートシール可能材料部分(204、204’、404、504)を前記最内層(203、203’、403、503)に局所的に熱適用する(650)ステップと、
前記包装材料(200、200’、400、500)から包装容器を形成するステップと、
前記包装容器に充填するステップと、
閉鎖された包装容器を形成するために、前記ヒートシール可能材料部分(204、204’、404、504)によって前記包装容器をヒートシールするステップと
を含み、
前記ヒートシール可能材料部分(204、204’、404、504)は、断面が、前記最内層(203、203’、403、503)に向かって増加する幅を有するように適用され、
前記ヒートシール可能材料部分(204、204’、404、504)は、前記包装容器の横断方向シール(TS)の位置に対応するシーリング領域に配置される、
