Description
Claims (5)
- 車両に搭載された排気装置であって、
内燃機関の排気ガスが流れる内管と、前記内管の一部の外周に設けられた外管と、を備え、
前記外管の一端部は、前記外管の他の部分よりも径が小さく形成されて、前記内管の外周面に固着されており、
前記外管の他端部から前記一端部の手前までの領域は、前記内管の外周面から離れた自由領域となっており、
前記外管は、前記一端部と前記一端部の手前との間の内面に角部を有し、
前記内管は、複数の内管セグメントを繋ぎ合わせることで形成されており、
2つの前記内管セグメントの繋ぎ目には、一方の前記内管セグメントの一部に他方の前記内管セグメントの一部が重ねられた二重内管部が設けられており、
前記外管の前記一端部は、前記二重内管部の外周面に固着されており、
前記内管が延びる方向における、前記外管の前記角部の位置と、前記二重内管部に対して前記外管の前記自由領域が延びる方向とは反対方向に延びる前記内管セグメントの末端部の位置とが一致するように、前記外管の前記角部が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする車両の排気装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両の排気装置において、
前記外管の自由領域の内周面と前記内管の外周面との間には、スライドメッシュが設けられている、
ことを特徴とする車両の排気装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の車両の排気装置において、
車両に搭載された電池パックの車両前側に位置する前記内管の外周に、前記外管が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする車両の排気装置。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1つに記載の車両の排気装置において、
前記内管は、排気ガスが流れる方向の上流側から下流側に向かって順に、上流側直線部、屈曲部、および下流側直線部を含み、
前記外管の一端部は、前記内管の前記上流側直線部の下流側部分の外周面に固着されており、
前記外管の自由領域は、前記内管の前記屈曲部と、前記内管の前記下流側直線部の少なくとも一部にわたって延びている、
ことを特徴とする車両の排気装置。 - 請求項1~4のいずれか1つに記載の車両の排気装置において、
前記外管の一端部と、2つの前記内管セグメントの繋ぎ目とが位置合わせされて、それらが一括で溶接されている、
ことを特徴とする車両の排気装置。
