Claims (1)
- 基端側がモーター内蔵の駆動部に連結される筒
状の加工機本体の先端外周面に螺子部を周設せし
めると共に、その内周壁を下方へ向けて挟搾状に
形成せしめ、上記加工機本体の先端内へ分割状の
パイプ掴持部を嵌入せしめ、上記螺子部に螺合可
能な締付リング冠設することによつてパイプ掴持
自在となし、更に上記螺子部手前外周面に窓部を
貫設せしめ、一方先端に加工刃挟持部が形成され
る回転シヤフトに、ガイド部を遊嵌状に外嵌せし
め、該ガイド部外周面に平面状の係留部を切欠形
成せしめると共に、上記回転シヤフト基端に係止
ピンを貫設せしめ、上記駆動部の駆動軸に連結さ
れる連結金具の先端開口縁に設けられる切欠縦溝
と上記係止ピンの嵌入によつて連動せしめ、更に
上記加工機本体外周面にピン貫通穴を貫設せしめ
、該ピン貫通穴へ先端にカム部材を装着せしめた
ピンを挿入せしめると共に、上記ガイド部に押上
げスプリング部材を外嵌し、上記加工機本体内へ
挿入せしめ、上記押上げスプリング部材の付勢力
に抗し乍ら上記カム部材と上記ガイド部の係留部
を互いに係留させ、更に上記ピンにピン回動用の
ハンドルを外嵌装着せしめ、しかも加工刃挟持部
に加工刃を装着せしめたことを特徴とするパイプ
端面加工機。
