【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
ピストンロツドに所定の間隔で磁気スケールを
配設すると共に、シリンダヘツド部に磁気スケー
ルを読み取る磁気センサを配置したシリンダ装置
において、磁気センサの検出面に所定の厚さの非
磁性材からなるコーテイング層を形成し、かつこ
のコーテイング層がピストンロツドの周側面に直
接的に接触するように磁気センサを保持したこと
を特徴とするシリンダ装置のストロークセンサ。
配設すると共に、シリンダヘツド部に磁気スケー
ルを読み取る磁気センサを配置したシリンダ装置
において、磁気センサの検出面に所定の厚さの非
磁性材からなるコーテイング層を形成し、かつこ
のコーテイング層がピストンロツドの周側面に直
接的に接触するように磁気センサを保持したこと
を特徴とするシリンダ装置のストロークセンサ。
Claims (1)
- ピストンロツドに所定の間隔で磁気スケールを
配設すると共に、シリンダヘツドに磁気スケール
を読み取る磁気センサを配置したシリンダ装置に
おいて、磁気センサの検出面に所定の厚さの非磁
性材からなるコーテイング層を形成し、かつこの
コーテイング層がピストンロツドの周側面に直接
的に接触するように磁気センサを保持したしたこ
とを特徴とするシリンダ装置のストロークセンサ
。
