    設したことを特徴とするトンネル型雰囲気熱処理
    炉。 (2) 発熱体が、少なくとも950°C以上の自
    己発熱を有することを特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第1項記載のトンネル型雰囲気熱処理炉
