- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 半導体の薄片に厚み方向に対して直角な方向に
定電流源より一定の電流を流し、上記薄片の厚み
方向の磁界に対して上記電流および磁界の各方向
と直角な方向に発生するホール起電力を出力する
ホール素子において、 上記薄片はＧａＡｓよりなり、ソースとゲート
とを互いに接続してなるシヨツトキゲートＦＥＴ
が上記定電流源として上記薄片と一体に集積され
ていることを特徴とするホール素子。
