Claims (1)
- ＳＥＰＰ電力増幅回路の上側出力電流を検出す
る手段と、該検出電流を電圧に変換するＩ／Ｖ変
換回路を有し、該Ｉ／Ｖ変換回路の出力端をＮＰ
Ｎトランジスタのベースに接続し、該ＮＰＮトラ
ンジスタのコレクタを上側ドライバトランジスタ
のベースに、エミツタを出力端子に接続してなる
出力端子―ＧＮＤ端子間シヨート保護回路に於い
て、該ＳＥＰＰ電力増幅回路の入力バイアス点の
電圧を基準入力とし入力信号の正負を判別するコ
ンパレータを有し、該コンパレータの出力にスイ
ツチ用トランジスタのベースを接続し、該スイツ
チ用トランジスタのエミツタをＧＮＤ端子に、コ
レクタを該Ｉ／Ｖ変換回路の出力端に接続したこ
とを特徴とする電力増幅回路の保護回路。
