Claims (1)
- 車体に固設されるブラケツトと、デイスクロー
タを跨いで配設されるキヤリパのいずれか一方に
摺動ピンを、他方に挿通孔をそれぞれ設け、該挿
通孔を摺動する摺動ピンにて、前記キヤリパをデ
イスク軸方向へ移動可能に支持したピンスライド
型車両用デイスクブレーキにおいて、前記挿通孔
に、軸方向の案内溝を全長に亙つて設けたブツシ
ユを圧入固定し、前記摺動ピンの外周には、前記
案内溝よりも断面積の小さな突部を形成し、該突
部を案内溝に係合させて摺動ピンをブツシユに挿
通し、前記案内溝と突部との間に通気用の間隙を
形成したことを特徴とするピンスライド型車両用
デイスクブレーキの摺動ピン取付け構造。
