- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 レーザ媒質と、前記レーザ媒質を励起する励起
源と、前記レーザ媒質の両端に配置された出力鏡
、及び凹面鏡と、前記出力鏡及び前記凹面鏡の取
付角度を調整する機構よりなる共振器と、レーザ
出力を測定する出力モニタと、前記出力モニタの
出力信号を処理して鏡取付角度調整機構を制御駆
動する制御装置よりなるレーザ装置において、 前記出力モニタを前記共振器の中心軸を中心と
して渦巻線上に複数個の熱電素子を配置して構成
したことを特徴とするレーザ装置。
