Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 放熱板と、 Ｐ形半導体とＮ形半導体とをその一端側でＰＮ
    接合を形成するように接合せしめてなり、低温側
    端子の１方を該放熱板に対して垂直となるように
    所定の間隔で配列して装着された複数の熱電発電
    素子と、 この放熱板上の低温側端子を電気的に相互接続
    する接続手段と、 互いに隣接する熱電素子の低温側端子のうちの
    他方を弾性的に接続する弾性コネクタと を具備してなる熱電発電装置。 (2) 前記接続手段は、前記放熱板上に形成され
    たメタライズ層パターンであることを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の熱電発電
    装置。 (3) 前記熱電発電素子は、低温側端子のうちＰ
    側端子とＮ側端子とが交互に隣接するように配列
    されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第(1)項記載の熱電発電装置。 (4) 前記放熱板は案内溝を有し、この案内溝に
    熱電発電素子の低温側端子の１方が装着されるよ
    うにしたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第(1)項記載の熱電発電装置。
