    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 風洞内にレーザガスを封入して循環させ、この
    循環経路の一部に電極を配置して放電空間を形成
    し、この放電空間をはさんで配置されるミラーに
    よりレーザ光を発生するものにおいて、前記風洞
    を二重構造にして内部に冷媒を循環させる冷却構
    造を具備することを特徴とするガスレーザ装置。
