Claims (1)
- アノード電極とカソード電極の少なくともいず
れか一方が複数個に分割され、この分割電極がレ
ーザガス室の外側にて冷却媒体に曝され、レーザ
ガス室の気密ためのシールが各分割電極毎に設け
られたシール構造により各分割電極毎に個別に行
われている放電励起方式の気体レーザ発振器に於
いて、前記各分割電極毎のシール構造部のすべて
を包括しレーザガス室の外側に於ける分割電極の
すべてを埋没状態にて被覆する絶縁被覆体が設け
られていることを特徴とす気体レーザ発振器。
