- フリツプチツプ実装によるサーマルヘツドにお
いて、抵抗体基板上に実装したドライバＩＣに接
触することなく空間をもつようなキヤツプで覆い
囲み、不活性ガス中でこのキヤツプを封止し形成
したことを特徴とするサーマルヘツド。
