Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 絶縁体膜にて外側を被覆してあり、支持体上
に支持された導電体と、前記絶縁体膜の表面に接
触する被吸着物との間に電圧を印加し、両者間に
生じる静電力により、前記被吸着物を絶縁体膜上
に吸着、保持する静電チヤツクにおいて、 前記導電体の内部に、前記被吸着物の冷却水が
導入される空洞部を具備することを特徴とする静
電チヤツク。 ２ 前記導電体と前記支持体との間に、両者間に
生じる放電の防止手段が設けてある請求項１記載
の静電チヤツク。
