Claims (1)
- バツテリーバツクアツプされた記憶素子のチツ
プセレクト・コントロール回路であつて、上記記
憶素子のチツプセレクト端子とアドレス回路との
間に、電源電圧によりオン／オフするスイツチン
グ回路を設け、電源電圧の低下時に上記スイツチ
ング回路をオフすることにより、上記チツプセレ
クト端子にアドレス回路からの信号が供給される
ことを防止したことを特徴とするバツテリーバツ
クアツプされた記憶素子のチツプセレクト・コン
トロール回路。
