- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 配線部材が異方導電性接着剤によつて接着され
る透明基板の端子構造において、 前記透明基板上の電極側方のスペースに、前記
異方導電性接着剤中に含まれている導電粒子が熱
圧着によつて適正な大きさに圧潰変形したときの
径と同径もしくはわずかに小さく設定された円形
状の管理パツドを形成したことを特徴とする端子
構造。
