    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被分光光波を拡がりをもつて入射させる手段と
    、入射した前記被分光光波を反射させて波長毎に
    集光させる不等間隔回折格子体と、前記不等間隔
    回折格子体によつて集光された各波長光波をそれ
    ぞれ検出する複数の受光素子とを具備してなるこ
    とを特徴とする分光検出器。
