    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 光源からの光を分光する分光手段と前記分光手
    段からの光を受光し、その光の分光放射束を検出
    するカロリーメータと、前記分光手段からの光を
    受光し、その光の分光放射パワーに応じて光電流
    を出力する受光素子とを具備したことを特徴とす
    る受光素子の校正装置。
