Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 光導波体と、この光導波体内に被分光光波を拡
    がりをもつて入射させる手段と、前記光導波体に
    結合して設けられ入射した前記被分光光波を反射
    させて波長毎に集光させる不等間隔回折格子体と
    、前記光導波体に結合して設けられ前記不等間隔
    回折格子体によつて集光された各波長光波をそれ
    ぞれ検出する複数の受光素子と、特定の受光素子
    の両側に補助受光素子を配置し、これら特定の受
    光素子および補助受光素子の出力に基いて前記各
    波長光波の集光位置を一定に制御する手段もしく
    は各受光素子をそれぞれ複数の素子群で構成し、
    各群の中の最大出力を送出する素子の出力だけを
    それぞれ送出させる手段とを具備してなることを
    特徴とする分光検出器。
