Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 次の構成を有するＸ線回折装置のスリツト
    自動交換装置。 (a) スリツト幅の異なる複数対のスリツト板
    がスリツト固定板に固定される。 (b) 前記スリツト固定板は光軸に垂直な面内
    で回転可能に配置される。 (c) 前記スリツト固定板の回転中心は前記光
    軸から所定の距離だけ隔てられる。 (d) 前記複数対のスリツト板は、前記回転中
    心から前記所定の距離だけ離れた位置に、互いに
    間隔を隔てて配置される。 (e) 前記スリツト板で形成される細長いスリ
    ツト間隔は、このスリツト間隔の中心と前記回転
    中心とを結ぶ直線に対して垂直方向に延びている
    。 (2) 前記スリツト固定板には、これと同心に、
    ゼネバ機構の従動節が固定され、前記スリツト固
    定板の外周には、このスリツト固定板を所定の位
    置に停止させるためのデテント機構が設けられて
    いる、請求項１記載のＸ線回折装置のスリツト自
    動交換装置。
