Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は花の包装器に関する。
〔従来の技術と問題点〕
花は適切な包装器に梱包すれば長距離を湿潤または乾燥
のいずれの状態においても運送できる。
湿式包装の欠点は冷却が十分に制御されていないと成長
が進むことである。乾式包装の欠点は完全に乾燥したり
目的地に到着次第早急に包装を解き花を水に漬けなけれ
ばならないことである。既知の湿式包装は外箱内にバケ
ツまたは水密箱を入れて行っている。花を陳列するとき
には外箱全体を除去する。水密箱を使用している場合に
は２方法が採られうる。その１つは厚紙をワックスで被
覆しておく、他の１つは厚紙をプラスチックで被覆して
おく方法である。第１方法は折り曲げ時に漏水が生じや
すく、第２方法は高価につく。既知の包装は総、到着次
第、花を花屋または花置場へ転送しなければならないと
いう欠点を持つ。
〔発明の課題〕
本発明の課題は花を直立状態で包装するための比較的安
価で、湿乾いずれの包装にも適し、かつ湿式包装の場合
の漏水を解消できる花用の包装器を提供することである
。更に、本発明の課題は包装された状態の花を包装器の
１部を除去または開閉するだけでデイスプレーできかつ
包装器の該１部を戻すだけで閉蓋できる包装器を設計す
ることである。更に、本発明による包装器はバケツ等に
移し換えることなく包装器の１部の移動により花屋や花
陳列場で公衆に展示できるものを提供しようとする。
〔課題解決の手段〕
上記課題を解決するための本発明による包装器は枠体と
該枠体上に基部を頂面にして設置される箱体とから成り
、該箱体の基部が除去または蝶番式に移動することを特
徴とするものである。
上記枠体は代表的にはプラスチックで成形され、その壁
内に開口部を有していてよく、その上縁部下にワックス
塗布された厚紙の上記基部を上面に有する箱体の底縁部
を載せる隆起部または縁部を有する。上記箱体が上記枠
体の上縁部を把持するための縁部または隆起部を有する
ことは必ずしも妨げとならない。
上記枠体および箱体は接着テープで相互に独立に封印さ
れてもよい、しかし、上記箱体と枠体を取外自在に係止
できる、例えば複数の突出リップとそれらを受けること
のできる開口部を用いることにより、分離した係止装置
を用いる方がよい。
包装器の取扱いを簡単にするために上記箱体は手で把持
できる開口部を有する。また、上記枠体は同様の枠体に
組重ねできるのが好ましい。
更に、上記箱体基部は蝶番式にその箱体に連結されてい
る。しかし、上記箱体基部は全体が除去できるものであ
りかつ接着テープを介してその箱体上に固定できる折返
し突起部を有しているのが好ましい。
〔実施例と作用］ 次に、本発明を添付図面の実施例を参照して更に詳述す
る。
図示された包装器はプラスチック製枠体１と厚紙製箱体
２とから成り、箱体２の基部３は解放されている。
上記枠体は矩形断面を有し、この矩形断面部は上から下
へわずかに縮小していて組重ねができるようになってい
る。第２図に示されたように上記箱体２の底縁部を載せ
ることのできる上方へ突出した隆起部４は枠体４の上縁
部のすぐ下に設けられている。
上記箱体２は、例えば、ワックスで水密にすることが！
き、上記枠体の隆起部４上に箱体２の下縁部が載置する
まで枠体１の上縁部上に押し込むことができるような矩
形断面に形成されている。
上記枠体は、また、外方に突出する２個のリップ５を有
し、この突出リップは上記箱体２の開口部６内に把持さ
れて該箱体と枠体とを脱着自在に係止することができる
。実施に際して、該枠体と箱体との固定は接着テープに
より補強される。該箱体は各側面部内に取手用開口部７
を有する。
事実上包装器の頂部を形成する上記解放基部３は厚紙で
形成されかつ接着テープで上記箱体に固定できる突出し
た曲折縁部８を有する。
上記箱体２の基部３を外して上記枠体ｌ上の適所へ花を
入れて包装する。花を枠体１に入れた後、基部３を箱体
２上にしっかりと固定する。基部３は販売その他必要に
応じて除去することにより包装器の上方から花が見られ
るようにすることができる。
花屋または花展示場では上記箱体２を除去すればしっか
りと梱包された花を扇状に広げることができる。もはや
バケツに移し入れる必要はない。
材料および冷却器を節約するために上記枠体１の側壁に
は開口部９が設けられている。但し、枠体を完全に閉鎖
した壁で作ってもよい。
上記箱体２は包装する花の高さに応じて必要の高さにで
きる。
上記基部３は閉鎖方法に応じて各種材料および形状にで
きる。該基部上に上記枠体が傾くまたはずれるのを防ぐ
ための切出し部をＢｇＨ部内または該基部上に設けても
よい。
本発明は上記実施例に限定されることなく、特許請求の
範囲に記載された発明の範囲において可能な各種の変形
を含む。

を示す。 第２図は組立状態における本発明による包装器の斜視図

Claims (8)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １．枠体（１）と頂面に基部（３）を有する該枠体上に
    設置される箱体（２）とから成り、該箱体基部（３）が
    除去または開閉できるものであることを特徴とする花の
    包装器。
  2. ２．上記枠体（１）と上記箱体（２）との１部が組立状
    態時に他方の縁部を把持できる隆起または縁部（４）を
    有することを特徴とする、請求項１の包装器。
  3. ３．上記箱体（２）と上記枠体（１）とを脱着自在に係
    止できる係止装置を有することを特徴とする、請求項１
    または２の包装器。
  4. ４．上記係止装置が突出リップ（５）とこれを受けるこ
    とのできる開口部（６）とから成ることを特徴とする、
    請求項３の包装器。
  5. ５．上記枠体（１）がプラスチック製であり、かつ上記
    箱体（２）が高度に集中する水に耐えうる厚紙製である
    ことを特徴とする、前請求項のいずれか１の包装器。
  6. ６．上記箱体（２）が取手用開口部（７）を有すること
    を特徴とする、前請求項のいずれか１の包装器。
  7. ７．上記枠体（１）が同様の枠体内に組重ねできるもの
    であることを特徴とする、前請求項のいずれか１の包装
    器。
  8. ８．上記完全に除去できる箱体基部（３）が突出縁部（
    ８）を有しかつ頂面上に切出しを有することを特徴とす
    る、前請求項のいずれか１の包装器。
