１２は突起部である。なお、図中同一符号は同一
又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 光半導体素子と光を収束させるロツドレンズと
    、素子からの光をロツドレンズを介し所定の装置
    に導く光フアイバ及びこれらを支持固定する構造
    部材等からなる光半導体モジユールにおいて、上
    記ロツドレンズと光フアイバは予め相互の位置を
    調整し構造部材に光学部品モジユールとして組立
    ておき、この光学部品モジユールと素子間を筒状
    で軸方向の間に内部にスリツトを設けた円環状の
    突起部を有するスリーブの両端に、素子が光学部
    品モジユールとの距離が予め遠くに位置するよう
    に固定しておき、素子と光部品モジユール間の光
    軸調整は上記スリーブの突起部を押圧して変形さ
    せることにより調整するようにしたことを特徴と
    する光半導体モジユール。
