- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 光半導体素子２１と、該光半導体素子２１に光
フアイバを光結合するためのレンズ２３と、該レ
ンズ２３を保持するレンズホルダ２４とをハウジ
ング２０内に収容して成る光半導体モジユールに
おいて、 上記レンズホルダ２４の外径部と該レンズホル
ダ２４を保持するハウジング２０の内径部との間
に円錐状のテーパーピン２５を圧入して該レンズ
ホルダ２４をハウジング２０に固定したことを特
徴とする光半導体モジユール。
