Claims (1)
- 供給される駆動電流に応じた強度のレーザービ
ームを放出するレーザー素子ａと、レーザー素子
ａの光出力の大きさを検出する光出力検出回路ｂ
と、光出力検出回路ｂの検出結果を所定の基準値
と比較して差信号を出力する誤差増幅回路ｃと、
誤差増幅回路ｃからの差信号を所定値以下に制限
する制限回路ｄと、誤差増幅回路ｃからの差信号
に基づいてレーザー素子ａに供給する駆動電流を
制御するレーザー駆動回路ｅと、を備えたことを
特徴とするレーザー駆動装置。
