    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体レーザの発光光量を記録信号に応じて変
    調する手段と、該半導体レーザの平均光量の変化
    を検知し、該光量変化に応じて半導体レーザ駆動
    電流をコントロールし、上記半導体レーザの平均
    発光パワーを一定に保つ手段と、上記半導体レー
    ザの発光光量の変動振幅を検出する手段とを有し
    該変動振幅に応じて上記記録信号の振幅を負帰還
    制御することを特徴とする半導体レーザパワーコ
    ントロール回路。
