Claims (1)
- 周縁部がケース１，２に固着された単一のダイ
アフラム４の中央にロツド７を装着し、前記ケー
ス１，２内に空気圧を適用することにより前記ロ
ツド７を進退させるようになつたアクチユエータ
において、前記ダイアフラム４を半径方向に沿つ
て複数のダイアフラム部分４ａ，４ｂに区分し、
前記各ダイアフラム部分４ａ，４ｂごとにダイア
フラム室１１，１３をそれぞれ形成してこれらの
各ダイアフラム室１１，１３を通気孔１５を介し
て連通させ、前記各ダイアフラム室１１，１３に
付勢力の異なる付勢部材１２，１４をそれぞれ配
設したことを特徴とするアクチユエータ。
