Claims (1)
- 試料が格納され穿孔装置を有し容積が既知のチ
ヤンバがポンプを介してサンプリングタンクに接
続され、同サンプリングタンクが真空ポンプに接
続された配管系統を備え、上記配管系統の上記チ
ヤンバの出口、上記ポンプの入口および上記サン
プリングタンクの入口と出口にそれぞれバルブが
接続され、上記チヤンバに圧力計が接続され、上
記チヤンバ出口のバルブと上記ポンプ入口のバル
ブの間の配管に容積が既知の定容量タンクが接続
され、上記ポンプの出口と上記サンプリングタン
ク入口のバルブの間の配管にバルブを介してガス
分析計が接続されたことを特徴とするガス測定装
置。
