ツパー、３は回転軸、４は扇状歯車、６はポテン
シヨメーター、ロータリーエンコーダー等の回転
計測計、７は小歯車、９はラツチ回路、１０，１
６はメモリー回路Ａ、１１，１７は演算回路、１
２，１８はメモリー回路Ｂ、１３，１９は比較判
定回路、３０は回転量拡大機構。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 被測定物載置台１ａ上の被測定物を、その上
    方に配設したグリツパー２の押圧によつて厚さを
    測定する厚さ測定装置における押圧装置において
    、 前記グリツパー２を取り付ける回転軸３の回転
    量を拡大して伝動する回転量拡大機構３０と、こ
    の回転量拡大機構３０により駆動され、回転軸３
    の回転量を計測する回転計測計６を設けてなる厚
    さ測定装置における押圧装置。 ２ グリツパー２を取り付ける回転軸３の回転量
    を、回転量拡大機構３０により駆動される回転計
    測計によつて計測し、この時の電気信号をメモリ
    ー回路Ａ，１０，１６に記憶させ、次いで、演算
    回路１１，１７により厚さ許容誤差を加算したデ
    ーターをメモリー回路Ｂ，１２，１８に記憶させ
    、このデーターとラツチ回路９，１５より順次送
    られてくるデーターとを比較判定回路１３，１９
    により比較し、厚さ許容誤差外の時にオーバーま
    たはレスのＮＧ信号を出力する厚さ測定装置にお
    ける厚さ判別装置。
