- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 金属外環内に透明ガラスと粉末成形ガラスとを
気密に封着するとともに粉末成形ガラス部分を貫
通して複数本のリード線を気密に封着してなる気
密端子において、 前記金属外環を鉄・ニツケル・コバルト合金板
をプレス成型して円筒状に形成し、ホウケイ酸ガ
ラスよりなる透明ガラスと粉末ガラスとを隣接し
て封着したことを特徴とする気密端子。
